Very rude male employee. I came in earlier that I thought, I told them the name for my order, I wasn’t being impatient or rushing just wanted to see if my pizza was done. The response I got baffled me. “Your order was placed for 7:30 we don’t have it, it hasn’t dropped yet”, In the absolute rudest way possible. If not spoken to in sure a rude way, the response would’ve been just fine by me. I really don’t understand why he was so rude, all I did was tell the lady at the front the name of my order, because she asked me what it was.

So you have your employees working in the dead of night, after a massive storm, in -1 weather with at least a -5 windchill when the roads aren’t plowed or clear? Not opening wasn’t an option? Closing early wasn’t an option? Or do yall just not care? CJ Johnson, as someone who’s been in retail and food service for almost a decade, you should be VIOLENTLY ashamed of yourself as a business owner. Protect your employees and their safety. You can’t be a business owner if your employees are frozen to death because YOU made them come in. Shameful and disgusting.

Horrendous nighttime crew, the manager (I think his name might be Justin) is just awful. We don’t know his name for sure because they all refuse to give us their names. We have to call in complaints after every order.
We’ve ordered from Nelsonville and had success every time but this Athens location is absolutely ridiculous. The daytime manager (Maybe Bek) was kind and tried to apologize for how horrible the night manager was. She said she gets complaints on him constantly.
Save your time and order somewhere else in Athens but especially if you’re ordering in the evening, DO NOT order from them.

Didn’t have anywhere else to make aware of this but I ordered 7 ranches with my order and didn’t receive a single one. Would love a refund if possible due to spending 6 dollars on ranch.

Wait was incredibly long at the drive thru pickup. I called to get my pizza brought out and was met by a rude employee and my pizza was stone cold.

If multiple orders “have issues” as you said, maybe cancel them before we wait a half hour for a pizza that was never coming. Finally showed up to get our pizza just to get told we “didn’t pay ahead” when really there was an issue with it so they had to cancel. Then they actually didn’t start our pizza until we waited 10min. Any sense of urgency would be nice. Got stuck waiting near a bunch of screaming drunk girls in an echoed space who were kicking around the air insanely, all for a pizza we should have been able to grab and go on.

Hands down the worst customer service skills I have seen from management. The manager told me they were under a lot of pressure and she can only do so much after several calls which being over 2 hrs for a pre pay order. Then hung the phone up refusing to speak and refusal for reimbursement. Absolutely embarrassing that a manager can’t handle customer service which is the first concept of food service industry. Yelling at customers is humiliating claiming you hold a management position.
