Never delivered my pizza. When I called the store after it had been more than 2 hours since placing the delivery order, I was given to the assistant store manager, who then told me I could come pick it up. After I stated that wasn’t an option, he rudely hung up on me without resolving the issue. The worst customer service ever. I was forced to give one star, otherwise would be zero stars

Pizza was good, service was poor. I was a bit disappointed that there was a choice for me to choose contactless service, and I chose it. When I got to the store and gave notice on the app that I had arrived however, no one ever came out with my order. I proceeded to use the app again assuming that it had malfunctioned, and was prompted to call the store. At this point, I chose to just go in and pick it up. What was the point of having this option if the store couldn’t honor it? Makes no sense.

This has to be the worst domino’s I have encountered. A simple order of a pizza, 2 orders of wings and a salad and it takes OVER 2.5 hours to have it made and delivered less than 1.5 miles.. pathetic.. it would be really nice if the actual owner took some responsibility for this store and it’s employees and a fully tried to do their jobs.

Every time we use this dominos something is wrong and they always have an attitude if you call about it. The pizza’s are never cut through and we have to cut them, they will get items wrong, and it will show up cold. This order was a disaster. It spent 30 minutes in “quality check” but somehow they sent us a wrong item, they burnt the cheese on the steak sandwich until it looked like leather (I added the mayo in an attempt to save it), and they messed up the slicing on all the pizzas but especially the one in the picture. The box was broken on one pizza and the driver left the boxes on the porch in the cold with the sodas on top and didn’t even ring the doorbell so it was all cold when we brought it in.

Worst pizza in a very very long time. Ordered a pizza without mushrooms. It carne covered in mushrooms. They sent a second pizza and it was under baked and smashed to the point we couldn’t eat it. We don’t get to order takeout very often so this was beyond disappointing and a giant waste of money.
