Update to 5*stars******Best brownie/cookies I ever had!!!! Perfectly gooey/chewy on the inside and just the right amount of crispy on the edges. I want to thank the owner so much for showing me what they’re like, when they are baked perfectly. ********They were ordered a NY style pizza and I used a coupon from the site for a discount & free bread bites (if that’s what they are called…lol) and brownie/cookies. The pizza was Delicious . The bread bites were very good. The brownie/cookies were too burned to eat . But again the PIZZA was great. I would definitely get more pizza.

Pizza came burnt as u can see don’t understand why they would even send it out like that I mean u seen it was burnt when u cut it after it came out the oven…also it took over 1hr to reach someone to get my pizza remade so that was a little aggravating but they did deliver me a new one and it’s like they put too much garlic paste on there like I asked for extra but they put absolutely too much didn’t enjoy the pizza at all actual wasted it. But I do give 3 stars for service because the delivery driver was very polite and he also agreed the pizza was burnt

Placed an online contactless delivery which proceeded to show up an hour after it said it was delivered online. My pizza was pretty clearly reheated and still not even warm when it got to my house not to mention when I went to pull a slice off it looks like they just ran the slicer over it in a criss-cross pattern about 18 times thanks a lot for the wonderful pizza

Last time I was here (and I order fairly often from this location) they were literally carrying a car door across the lobby to the back room where they prepare food. In addition to this bizarre encounter, they are never accept online orders and they closed constantly within normal business hours.

Every time we use this dominos something is wrong and they always have an attitude if you call about it. The pizza’s are never cut through and we have to cut them, they will get items wrong, and it will show up cold. This order was a disaster. It spent 30 minutes in “quality check” but somehow they sent us a wrong item, they burnt the cheese on the steak sandwich until it looked like leather (I added the mayo in an attempt to save it), and they messed up the slicing on all the pizzas but especially the one in the picture. The box was broken on one pizza and the driver left the boxes on the porch in the cold with the sodas on top and didn’t even ring the doorbell so it was all cold when we brought it in.

Service is terrible at this store, after placing an order for delivery they called me when it was supposed to.be delivered to tell me they couldn’t deliver it AND still charged me. Now trying to call store and it doesn’t even ring. Says your open till 12 am but that’s never the case. Worse pizza shop in history

I will never order from Domino’s ever again. We ordered delivery for a specific time and it was an hour late. The phone number at the Aurora store was not working…just rang and rang. I had to call the store in Solon to see how I could talk to the manager at the Aurora store because there was no other way to check on the order status. He laughed and said he knew someone who used to work there, would relay the issues with our order. Prior to this, one order we had was delivery and cash payment. Before the driver would bring it to the door, he said he wouldn’t give it to us unless he saw the cash first. Lastly, on another delivery, the driver said we need to give him a great review even though there was nothing difficult or special about the order. Horrible service. Save your money and keep frozen pizzas on hand.

When I ordered through the app it said delivery at 5pm. It didn’t come until 5:40. The food was cold. They don’t deliver in insulated bags! The person who delivered got out of their car….made no eye contact or acknowledgement of me standing right in front of them….placed the food on the stairs instead of handing it too me. Really odd. The chicken was suppose to have 8 pieces. It was maybe 5 good pieces and 3 small ones that were mostly breading and unedible. Won’t be ordering Dominos again thats for sure. This was their 2nd chance too.
