I had to argue with the manager to even get a refund. What sense does it make after I tell the guy the pizza was not even edible to tell me oh well we want to offer you more bad pizza? I’m sorry that you can’t keep employees, but that isn’t my problem. The pizza had been sitting, and this is according to their own app for over 25 minutes in the store before it finally got delivered to me cold. No thanks never again.

I usually go to another pizza shop chain, but I thought I’d try Dominoes because I read a positive online review. Large pepperoni for $7.99 was a fair price nowadays, but the pizza was bland—no spice taste. The sauce had no flavor. I won’t return anytime soon.

This place has great customer service. Nice, on time and clean. The Pizza I got wasn’t very yummy though and I usually just deal with the food if it’s already made but the pizza wasn’t cut and it literally was very hard to eat barely any cheese or sauce like BARELY and the crust was very hard. So I took it back and they tried to make it right by making another. I haven’t gotten my new pizza back yet as I’m waiting for them to remake, but the ease of telling them my problem and getting it remade was great. Just make it yummier the 1st time for that extra star!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads for delivery on a Sunday night. Both pizzas were so undercooked they were inedible. The salads came with brown and wilted lettuce. I called the store and offered to return the unacceptable food for a refund. Was placed on a brief hold and then told that they could either remake the order or give me a store credit. Being that I had company over, waiting for a second delivery was not an option for me. They offered me a store credit. Not acceptable either as the way this transaction went down, I won’t be using it.

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE – I don’t expect much by way of customer service when I visit a national pizza chain but I have been here twice and am super pleased with the staff and their friendliness and willingness to help me. Both times were after 10 pm and I walked in to find employees working hard and not standing around on their phones, chit-chatting and bothered to see a customer like I see at most places I visit at that time. Maybe its the company itself that takes customer service serious or the management at this location but they clearly know that there are a lot of other places customers can take their money and they recognize the value of their customers.

My choices may have been to blame, but the pizza was very greasy and unpalatable. I ordered the Brooklyn style pizza. If that’s the way pizza is in Brooklyn, then those folks have never had good pizza. Yuck.

Much better than that other one near by on Warrensville! Hoping they continue service with a smile and upkeep the quality. As long as they do so I’m a fan of this location. They also have a pizza tracker on their board with your name on it when you walk in to see of your pizza is ready. This matches the tracker you can view on your phone.

I ordered online at 4:30pm for a 6:00pm curbside pickup. Arrived at 6:05pm. Once home, (10 minute ride), took out a slice of pizza, and it was dry & semi-hard. I feel like it was prepared immediately after the order was placed at 4:30pm, rather than closer to 6:00pm. As a first-timer placing an online order, I was very disappointed. I really looked forward to a nice cheesy pizza.
