So apparently this one just opened. i got my
pizza – it was decent. But like all Dominoe’s
lately, they be putting almost no sauce in the chicken alfredo and the noodles always burn and dry out. I will not be ordering alfredo from anywhere if it says Dominoes again! Seems most of these places are bad anymore!!!!

Extremely Disappointed with Moldy Salad and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently ordered a salad from Domino’s Pizza, and to my horror, I found mold and significant discoloration on the greens. Despite the expiration date indicating it was safe to eat, the condition of the salad was unacceptable.
When I contacted the store, I was informed that a refund wasn’t possible. Instead, they offered a credit for the salad, which I found unsatisfactory given the health risk involved.
This experience has left me questioning Domino’s commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. I hope they take this matter seriously and improve their quality control measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

Been going here since they opened and only ever had my order messed up twice. The most recent time they completely dropped the ball. Picked up our order and realized they made the sandwich wrong and they remade it and initially offered a free item they were out of and told us we would receive a credit on our account (never received after following 3 different times). Shame on me for not checking I go home and our pizza is wrong and can’t be eaten and the pasta was mushy and cold. Called up and the young man I spoke too let me know he’d let his manager know and that we’d receive a refund. Follow up a week after and was told that the refund was applied it would just take time and they would never tell a customer they’d give them a refund and never follow through. Waited a few more weeks and physically went up to the store and was told the manager was notified and that I should be getting a refund. I never received it and I had to go to through my bank to get a partial refund.

My husband ordered pizza and I went to pick it up. Once it stated it was ready on the screen, I asked for it. We’ll, apparently even thought it says it’s ready it’s not. So, I waited about 10 more minutes and asked again. Still not ready. Then our name is removed from the screen, so I ask again. Still not ready. Finally after about 25 (all together) minutes, they find my pizzas in a blue bin. Not on the heating rack, nothing keeping them warm. I was served 2 cold pizzas, even though I was there before they were even ready.

I normally do delivery, but I was out doing other things and decided to do take out instead.
Ordered online and picked up my order in about 20 minutes.
Everything was correct and tasty.
Took advantage of the $6.99 pick 2 or more deal getting a couple of pizzas and a salad. Even redeemed some points for an order of Parmesan Bread Bites – so tasty!

I live on a street (1 mile away from this location) and it used to be covered (delivery) by the dominos that shut down.
So, in the meantime, I was told I can’t get it delivered here, for at least a year until that one gets sold or reopens (but who knows which or when).
So I asked if I could just meet at the McDonald’s next door since it was in their delivery area, or at a different address, but the manager said they don’t do deliveries to businesses, for the safety of their drivers (which they clearly advertise that they do).
So I created a new account, drove to the Taco Bell across the street and had it delivered there (since clearly, they do deliver to businesses).
I watched my driver leave the store (GPS),
come all the way to the Taco Bell, then turn around and go back to the store.
7-8 minutes later, he returned with my order (me watching him in gps the whole time).
I chuckled with him that they don’t deliver to my house, just 200 feet away and he also thought that was weird.
And as a parting gift to me, he mumbled something to the effect of, “if I were you, I wouldn’t eat the breadsticks.”
I don’t see anything wrong with the breadsticks but my pizza looked like this as soon he handed it to me.l and I opened the box.
No thanks. I’m throwing all of this away.

I ordered from this Domino’s around 10:00 p.m. at night on a whim because they had a fantastic deal on pizzas. My order was ready quicker than the app predicted. The food was hot, fresh, accurate, and packaged well. The staff were polite, friendly, and honest. The location was clean and appeared to be well run. Not to mention, I made an error ordering my pizza and ordered it for the wrong day, and when I called, the staff was incredibly helpful and canceled my order immediately. I’ll definitely be recommending this Domino’s for when people want a quick, hot, delicious pizza at a jaw dropping price. Excellent job, Lyndhurst Domino’s.

Delivery Driver is not the greatest – He can be aggressive and rude when he calls even will hang up and yell at you!
Pizza here is a hit or miss sometimes it’s Great and Most times it’s very sloppy, burnt, super greasy, bubbled dough, hallow crust the list goes on- when you call you barely can get anyone to tell you their name(Customer Service and quality check needed at this location) No one should ever receive a pizza so undercooked or soggy when you pick up a slice everything falls/slides apart-

Just picked up a late night order and the bros were just so amazing. Like, amazing enough to make me smile for the first time all day.
