Ordered online at 12:18pm for delivery. It said 38-51 mins. At 1:45pm my fodd was delivered. The lava cakes are chocolate blocks they are so cold. The chicken bites are cold, over cooked, and NO SAUCE! Delivery insurance? Sorry do you want a free pizza within the next 30 days? NO! I want what I ordered! Tried to call in, on hold over 10 mins with no answer! Thank you for wasting my entire lunch break and leaving me hungry at work!

The last two times I’ve eaten here, months apart, I’ve gotten food poisoning. I think things aren’t being cleaned properly. Delivery is also incredibly slow and sometimes I don’t get all the items I ordered and it’s always a pain to get refunded.

Placed my order around 8:28. The pizza left a 9:09. The tracker showed (at 9:09-9:20) that the driver was in one place. I called to inquire and was met with “We’re busy and delivers are over 1 hour long” by a supposedly supervisor. I didn’t mention anything about the delivery time but the fact the the driver was in a stand still for over 10 minutes. Who would eat that pizza when I have absolutely no idea what’s going on in the spot/place? Not once did the “supervisor” apologize or acknowledge my concerns. The only response was “Do you want a refund?” Yes expeditiously!! Unbelievable!!

Ordered online and picked up my pizza. Environment seemed tense, tall woman in the kitchen was rude to the other employees working and she was cutting the pizzas very aggressively. I got all the way home to realize my spinach feta pizza had TOMATO sauce on it as well as it looking sloppy and thrown in the box. I immediately went back which I was met by the general manager who not only corrected my order he rectified the whole situation. If it were not for him I’d give this store 0 stars!! The guy needs a raise!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order at 9:06 & it’s 10:20 I still don’t have it. I just called the store & a lady answered: I asked her for an update because the drivers location wasn’t updating on the website. She said oh it’s not updating (duhhh) I said ok yall have no way of contacting, she says oh I could call him but he should be there any minute. That’s not how customer service works. Yes I’ve worked at pizza places in the past & delivered for year so I understand how everything works. The driver was VERY kind once he arrived!

This particular Domino’s sucks. I waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas. I went in to get my pizza and I still had 8 orders ahead of me. The young lady asked if I wanted to cancel my order or wait. I canceled my order. I never had to do that. The young lady had great customer service and she was very nice. I will never go to this location ever again.

Hit and miss, I’ve had some of the best dominoes from here. And I’ve also had orders that weren’t edible, from being completely raw to not being close to what I ordered. I was told that the manager is young and irresponsible, so it all depends on who’s working when you order apparently!
