La Famiglia is an excellent spot for authentic Italian food. Everything is made fresh to order, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The portions are large and served family style, making it a great choice for sharing.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the manager went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Drinks and coffee were also great and paired nicely with the meal.
Located right on Main Street in Babylon, it’s in a convenient spot with a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful Italian food served with warm hospitality.

The owner made a donation to the charity I volunteer with, Tender Loving Cats, so I told him I would visit soon. I came back with my Mom, who’s handicapped, and 3 friends. They were concerned with my Mom & did a great job making sure that she got to the table & later, making sure that she got to the bathroom OK. And then at the end, assisted us AGAIN, making sure we were OK. The wine & food were 10/10. The portions are huge! Come not only for the food, but come for the attentiveness of ALL the workers, the owners, and the chic atmosphere. As my Mom & I were walking out of the bathroom and along the bar, I was amazed at how chic the people were. The creme de la creme! All the fancy people come to eat here because they know good food, good service, and great people! Thanks. I WILL be back!! You guys really cared about my Mom and that makes me feel so great. Thanks again. I can’t wait to eat my leftovers!!! Yum!!!!! I think I’ll come back to drink & eat at their bar w/ my husband. Nice long, elegant bar. See you soon!

La Famiglia never disappoints! We order the baked clams, clams casino, and linguine with white clam sauce every year for Christmas Eve, and they are always outstanding. My mom looks forward to the white clam sauce all year and says it’s the best she’s ever had. Rosario is the best! So great to deal with and we truly enjoy catching up with him each year. A true family tradition for us!

Be careful when you order chicken dishes. Second time was very unhappy with chic parm(tough over cooked and very dry. Last time it was a special ” chicken with mushrooms andsome sort ofmasala sauce. Again very overcooked chicken and over reduced sauce. Almost inedible. Tonight the chicken parm was brought to the attention of Giuseppe who said he was a manager and head waiter. I showed him my dish and he said it looked very over cooked and said he would tell the kitchen.I told him it was definitely not Bell and Evans and he said it wasn’t. No offer of any type of comp at all. GIUSEPPE was more worried about his cell phone ringing than he was taking care of his customers. It’s ashame because I’ve been going here for years even had my mom’s after funeral luncheon here but it has definitely gone down

I celebrated my Uncle’s 80th birthday here recently in their party room. The service was exceptional! The food was awesome and there was plenty of free parking. Some items from the fixed menu were served family style which I feel promotes togetherness and socialization. It’s not a huge place, yet is organized in such a way to maximize seating without compromising comfort.
My cousins visit here often since they live locally and say they will continue to frequent this great Italian restaurant!

Middle of the road food and service. I’m admittedly a food snob so know that going in. The chicken parmigiana was huge and a good value. However, it was very ordinary with the standard rubbery cheese. My expectations for an Italian restaurant is that cheese on top be soft and creamy like fresh mozzarella. It was ok but I hoped for better.

A surprisingly good find! Casual in style ( we had the screaming child one table over) but wonderful service, DELICIOUS food that was interesting a very reasonably priced. Family style works so well to share and enjoy! Highly recommend!!

Disappointed when I received my meal and it didn’t come with pasta. I ordered chicken parm and usually Italian restaurants have pasta included. It was $19 for just two chicken breast? Pasta separate was like another $18+.

The Italian food is excellent! The service was just as excellent and the atmosphere was good, definitely worth trying, This is a family style restaurant and the regular entrees can be prepared for a single person. If you go ask the waiter for the specials, can’t wait to return.
