December 2025 ordered at Kiosk. Needed to pay at the counter. (Cash big bill)
Waited at least 10 min for a young girl to collect our payment.
Stepped back waited.
Same young girl handed me the bag at the counter approx 8 min later (were at 18min at this point ) Looked in the bag to confirm items, was missing a item. Reordered one item at the Kiosk.While waiting we looked again at the receipt on the bag and it actually was someone else’s order that she handed us.
Apparently the guest that walked in and ordered at the Kiosk 10 min after us was able to pay at the Kiosk and it was there food.
Brought it up to the girl and she said because we ordered at the Kiosk the food didn’t get made or started until you pay that’s why the other people’s food was made and called out before ours.
I find that interesting beings you don’t pay for food in the drive through until you pay at the window and usually by then the food is handed straight out or within a couple minutes but inside its different. For this reason the customer service was rated low because there was no reason to make me wait 10 minutes to just pay. No one was in line, then you start making my $40+ order. My total wait time was over 30 min at a Taco Bell and still left without a Grilled steak burrito paid for but didn’t have.
The frustration was real with this young girl who needs customer service training and time management on collecting payments once the order is placed at the kiosk.
You (Taco Bell) should not have this procedure in place and keep your paying guest waiting for no reason before preparing there order!

Everytime I go here which is hardly never& I say never again. I get if it’s 1a well not really but this is 630p. I always spend $40-60 cuz we have a family of 5. If you spend that kind of $$$ why yall being mad disrespectful on the meat. Just tired of it. I’m sure I ain’t the only one at this point and over it. Give us what we pay for… just as if you would like done to your food and the $$$ people spend. This is insane

I’ve been here a multitude of times and typically have great service with Patrick, went tonight (10/26/2025) and had an awful experience. I’m not from here but my friend is and claimed that the employee working was the assistant manager and well if that’s how you’re going to treat people maybe customer service isn’t for you bud. I suggest finding someone else to replace this guy or putting him in a different position because he was so disrespectful. After ordering each item was asked “is that it” rude, and got to the window was barked at essentially my total and I asked for a water cup (they were out of Pepsi and a multitude of things I tried to order), he continues to hand the food to me in an aggressive manner and say “have a goodnight” passive aggressively, mind you still no water cup, so I sit there until he opens it again where I proceed to ask for the water again and he hands it to me I thank him and he just looks at me like I forced him to do the job that he applied to do and agreed to work this shift. If you can’t handle late nights or customer service FIND A NEW JOB! Oh and next time you don’t need to huff and puff and slam the window we could tell you were upset already mister.

On Oct 23rd I stopped and wished I had paid attention before I ordered. Only one pstron and only one clean table. Disgusting. Cheese,sauce, dirty napkins, you name it, it was on the tables. Boxes that needed to be gone through and put away. Never again.

Taco Bell has really tasty tacos and the place is always kept clean, which is great. But honestly, about one out of every three times we go, they mess up our order or forget something. It’s a bit annoying because sometimes we end up having to eat in the parking lot to fix it. Today was the last straw when we ordered a steak crunchwrap with no sauce for my husband and it came in a bag that said “no sauce” and had sauce in it

I thought I had already rated/reviewed this franchise but here it goes…again possibly.
I was at the Sparta, Illinois Taco Bell on November 27th and headed home. I ordered this supposedly Burrito Supreme or the like and receive something that was 90% soft taco/burrito wrap with little to no ANYTHING INSIDE IT. Even the taco I received was anemic to say the least.
I just needed sustenance to get me home but man does not live by bread alone, AND. one shouldn’t pay for something like what I received just before they closed!!
It’s embarrassing and a waste of my time AND money!
As they were closed when I discovered it, there was no way to complain about it, or, or at least that’s what I recall….

Spent 80 dollars part of it was two boxes of soft shell tacos added tomatoes was damn near 10 dollars for tomatoes that weren’t even fresh…. I complained and was informed that’s what happens when minimum wage goes up… He was very rude…. Then I get home all 24 tacos are soaking wet so much you couldn’t even get it off the paper…. It looked like slop….. Won’t be going back to Sparta Illinois location again…..
