I ordered two Pizza’s a thin crust and a hand tossed. I called and told them the thin crust was burnt and asked if I could have a credit for the next pizza. The told me thin is always crispy and done. I wanted mine crispy but the edges were way to done. She then hung up on me. I called back three more times and they picked up the phone but would not talk and just hung up again. That is a pretty bad way to treat a long time customer and will not be a customer again. This was not the first time I had a thin crust and they were not burnt.

The new ordering process with someone overseas had caused an error due to not understanding my order. So the wrong pizza was delivered to my house. Called the store and they told me that they couldn’t help me but would attach a free pizza to my phone number. Well today I tried to claim that free pizza. The guy overseas couldn’t help me with that. So he forwarded my call to the store. The phone rang numerous times with no answer until I was automatically disconnected. So I went to the store in person to order my pizza. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised that there was no free pizza in their system for my phone number. No need for me to return to Dominos. Now I can only warn others if the quality of service and integrity of this store.

After waiting several minutes while EIGHT employees ignored us, someone finally helped us with our carry out order. I asked if I could also purchase a gift card, they said they were all out and I should go to Kroger. It’s difficult to screw-up Domino’s but this team figured out a way.

I ordered a delivery pepperoni/chicken pizza, it arrived after around 50 minutes. The pizza was cold, dry and it had 4 pieces of chicken toppings on it. I called the store and told him how cold it was and it had 4 pieces of chicken and he was rude, disrespectful and said I can guarantee it was hot and had more chicken on it and to just put it in the oven if it’s cold. Turns out he was the manager and he was talking to me like I was in the wrong. BAD FOOD AND SERVICE, SHOULD NOT GO OR ORDER.

I was originally told about a half hour for delivery at an hour and 45 minutes later it was delivered, after ordering was unable to get a hold of anyone on the phone, as well as over all the meal was cold to luke warm. Management needs to either hire more people or something.

Do NOT order from this store!!! Employees and managers are rude and disrespectful. If you call to complain about an order they will hang up on you. Our order was 40 minutes to deliver and excuse was traffic and only 2 drivers. Manager hung up and then refused to talk to us. As we called back they stated we got our pizza and they would refuse to serve us ever again as they are a franchise and we could just call corporate if we wanted.
