Our order fell through for our kids birthday party for pizza at lil ceasars on Sunday 1/11. Had to scramble and ordered dominoes for 10 pizzas they had it done in 20 min! They saved us, pizza and price was great with the carry out deal! Have ordered here before and all has been great. Should have just come here in the first place as I now will for all my pizza needs.

My fiancé ordered one medium pizza and a 2-liter Coke for delivery. When we were looking at the app at first, it said it would take about 20 minutes to be delivered. The app said it was “out for delivery” so we expected our pizza in the timeframe they had given us. After a couple minutes, a few more minutes were added to the 20 minute delivery time. That was fine as we understand that circumstances can cause a delay. We kept checking and by the time our pizza was delivered, it was almost an hour later than they had said originally. It went from 20 minutes to 55 minutes all while the app said “out for delivery.” Our pizza was not only almost an hour late, but then the delivery driver didn’t even knock to deliver the pizza and left it on the porch in front of our door. If we hadn’t checked the app, we wouldn’t have known it was delivered. The pizza was cold.

If you’re looking for a good pizza with generous toppings, skip this place. My experience was extremely poor, and if I could rate it a zero, I would.
Even during a slow period, the quality was
unacceptable.
The pizza was dry, had barely any sauce, and the toppings were scarce. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even cut all the way through, forcing me to finish slicing it at home.
I cannot recommend this establishment. Save your money and try one of the many great, quality pizza spots right here in Pickerington that offer good food and customer service. I highly suggest checking out Grapevine Pizza and Cafe, Cardo’s Pizza and Tavern, or Beyond Dough Pizza.

I am really disappointed and will not be ordering from this location anymore. Twice in a row I’ve waited almost two hours for my delivery, which would be fine if that was communicated while ordering. Also, both times, I received lukewarm, soggy pizza and sides, it was clear the food had been in the car for a long time. There’s way too many better options for pizza in Pickerington to confine to waste money here.

Get your pizza someplace else, the team at this location is very poorly organized and you don’t even get what you order!
I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 24 minutes for pick up. I got to the store and the place was a mess! Nobody was wearing a mask, some of the employees were not wearing anything to prevent their hair to fall in the pizza (including a lady), there were at least 5 other people waiting for their pizzas and looking at me like: I feel bad for you, you’re not gonna get your pizza anytime soon. I approach to the register and after checking my name, an employee told me it’s going to take 15 minutes!(My order was supposed to be ready by the time I entered the building!). I waited for 15 more minutes and asked again, but it wasn’t ready!
Finally, almost 50 minutes after I placed my order I went home and opened the box to realize they gave me a medium size (that was not even 12 inch like it’s supposed to be, but 11.5) instead of a large pizza (14 inch).
My husband had a bad experience last time he went, I should’ve known better! We won’t come back.

Ordered curbside pickup. Sat for 10 min amd nobody came out. I finally went in and there was 10 employees working inside. I asked an employee why they didn’t bring my order out and his response was that “he didn’t see me”. Meanwhile they marked the order complete and on-time in the system, when they never brought it out.
Also, my cheesy bread was burnt to a crisp.

This is how I received my pasta the other night. That is a bird feather, that is absolutely disgusting. I also asked for extra sauce on the side and they gave me marinara instead of Alfredo. Nobody knows how to answer the phone either. Before going in (which I asked if their phones were down when I got there and they said yes) after receiving a bird feather in my food I called cooperate and the lady said their phones are working perfectly fine. They need a whole new staff, this is ridiculous

After waiting several minutes while EIGHT employees ignored us, someone finally helped us with our carry out order. I asked if I could also purchase a gift card, they said they were all out and I should go to Kroger. It’s difficult to screw-up Domino’s but this team figured out a way.
