This is a really nice Taco John’s The staff was abnormally friendly and the facility was very clean. It’s in the mall so it’s convenient if you’re shopping. The mall is pretty nice but Taco John’s is probably about the best choice in the food court we always like Taco John’s. The Taco bravo is a really good The potato will laser really good as well as they’re nacho cheese dip. We also like the meat potato burritos there to die for.

Food was bad. The little hamburger they put in our tacos was cold, potato plays had so salty you could not eat. The people sitting next to us took their food back. I was going to but I always have that feeling they will do or put something in our food, not saying they would. The customer service there is pretty good, they are quick getting orders out

I’ve usually had good experiences but not anymore. Staff was rude, never asked if I wanted any type of dipping sauce for potato oles so I had to ask for it and they charge me. I dont remember if they usually charge, but they still should have asked if I wanted some kind of dipping sauce.

I was very disappointed with the taco salad. The shell tasted like plastic, the put way to much lettuce , I paid extra for steak and guacamole, the guacamole was dark green like it was sitting out in the open or from the day before , there was about 6 small cubes of steak in my salad. It came with cheese and sour cream very very little of it! Wasn’t even enough to eat throughout it. For $10 I expected a lot more. No bueno for a first experience… I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very slow. Took 20 minutes to receive order and then it was short the cheese with the Ole’s. They did provide when questioned about it. Used a code for a free taco and the cashier struggled with it. Noticed lots of customer coming back for missed items on their orders. But hey 1 star for the fresh food.

Manager “Jeff” forgot to mute his mic before yelling at his employee. I had to sit in my car listening to it through the speaker. By the time I got to the window to pay the poor lady was in tears as she rang me up. It was super uncomfortable. Food was still good.

I came in on 7/06/23 and the guy who took our order was Ian and he was really rude and seemed annoyed that we even ordered food. The woman who made our food was very nice and made the food good.
