My partner and I were snowed in at our apartment and desperate for some kind of food when we started running low. I ordered Dominos and put in the delivery instructions that they wouldn’t have to come to our door and we’d meet them at the street. On our walk to the street (which is incredibly icy and snowy), we saw our deliver driver, Stuart, on our Ring camera who walked up from his car all the way up a hill with our food in hand. I couldn’t believe a delivery driver would do that and I was so thankful and appreciative. I would’ve tipped Stuart so much more if I knew he was doing to do that. Thank you so much Stuart! Our food was great and made up for the two falls I had walking down better.

Called 10 minutes prior, food was already done when I arrived. Young woman at the window was nice, great customer service. Pizza was delicious and well made. Parm bites had plenty of garlic oil and parm shake on them. Highly recommend, great job tonight.

I ordered a pizza for carryout. Everything went well until I got home and discovered one of the toppings was left off. I called the store to inquire about getting a remake. The person who answered the phone took my information and placed me on hold while they said they were looking up my order. They left me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried reaching out to Domino’s customer care but kept getting a runaround and no one ever got back with me. It wasn’t the missing topping that made me mad as much as the horrible customer service and being hung up on. I won’t be getting pizza from Domino’s again.

We had order pizza from them for pick up. It said 15-20 minutes and it would be ready and it was ready on time no wait. The lobby was closed so I had to walk over to the drive-thru window to pick it up no big deal. The lady that was at the window was awesome and very nice iam not sure of her name but she had short hair. There was nothing wrong with our order.

Don’t get me wrong. I love Domino’s Pizza but tonight I bought a pasta bowl with chicken. and they only gave me like four bites for $7. I called them back and the lady was going to tell me that that’s how much they give. I told her they used to feel the bowl up but now they just give you about 20 noodles. and I think I got two pieces of chicken up in there. and I told her I would never get this chicken Alfredo again cuz it’s not worth $7 More likely 75 cents I’m mad as hell

Website was down, had to use the automated phone number & it got it wrong & cost me $4 extra & they never offered to fix it when I was at the window.

This store has issues with keeping inventory stocked. Problems in ticket reading and fulfillment of items ordered. Lip service to address store mistakes and not following through on promises to credit overcharged pizza. Porter drive store 10 X better in service, inventory, and ordering from the menu. This store management needs more training . My criticism alone will not change their attitude. Maybe, if this post resonates with your experience with the merchant drive store, you can give this post a thumbs up.

Forgot 2 of the three sauces I ordered with my food. I do routine food reviews and decided to give this place a shot after my friends complained about this location. They were correct. Wings have a very VERY small amount of sauce on top of forgetting the extra sauce I ordered. This borders false advertising. Some of the wings only got sauce after I rubbed them together. Pizza itself was under done and small.
Better off saving money just going to Walmart for frozen wings and pizza. Cheaper and tastes better.
