I ordered 2 pizzas, one pasta dish one salad.
My order was placed at 6:12PM arrived at 7:20PM they sent Catalina for my salad dressing when it was supposed to be ranch i called the store and the manager who’s name is Chris told me it would be awhile until someone could bring me some ranch he was trying to rush me saying he was busy I am a SALARY manager at another food chain and no matter how busy I am I still listen to the customer I told him that was unacceptable because that was my dinner and I wanted a refund and he hung up the phone on me. So thank you very much for the dinner I paid for but couldn’t even eat.

I went there after class one day and when I walked in a nice lady greeted me and I asked her about a deal that I found out was only offered online, so I go online and place my order. I’m an standing in the lobby waiting for my pizza when an man, the manager (I can only assume) who was standing behind the glass only a few feet away from me starts to VERY rudely tell the girl that was next to the oven to help me. She explained that I didn’t need help but he kept talking, practically bullying her until she finally asked if I needed help, I told her no. And the man kept on talking being very disrespectful. Mind you, this man didn’t greet me once, even though he was the closest to me. He also didn’t even acknowledge my pizza that needed to be made. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Both women I talked to were very polite! But the way that man was talking to his employee left a bad taste in my mouth!! If a manager has a problem with an employees performance, they can discuss that with them politely, in private.

Rude managers. Said I came a hour late and I was sitting outside and there at 5:17. Refused to refund just the pizza. Made me bring the entire order back or no refund at all. So unprofessional. Hour late still doesn’t explain the lack of cheese. Even donated money, how rude.

Go in store and do not do delivery. Not sure if a staff member called out and someone is mad and being rebellious. Dumped lots of extra sauce on both pizzas. Picked up a slice and everything slid off. If this is light sauce for pizzas I do not want to see regular.

Disgusting place. GM is a petty, racist, and unhelpful individual. Tried to get an issue resolved with my order, an he “the GM” did everything but attemp to assist me over an $8.65 order. Trust tjis review, don’t waste your time, spend your money elsewhere. Thank me later.

My family was so happy that a dine-in Dominos opened so close to our home! Our first experience was great! However, on that same first visit, I noticed an employee was abrupt/ rude to a customer. Subsequent visits over next several weeks, and this Domino’s has established a clear pattern of rude behavior, from bottom all the way to the store manager. Tonight, Dec 6, 2018, I came home and ordered a pizza online, to pay at store. When I arrived at the pick up window, I told the young man I wanted to use the 50% off coupon. He ignored that comment, and asked for my name. When he returned with my pizza, he told me it was $16. Again, I tried to use the coupon in my pics, (same coupon I had used the night before). I was told rudely that coupon had a typo in it. That sale was over and the store would not honor the coupon. Then the manager came to the window, told me the same thing. When I told her that I had bought one previous night. I was told by manager, very rudely, that she would not honor the coupon. But I could call corporate and get a coupon from them. She was very rude, not helpful, and angry. At this point, I was angry over her behavior. I paid for the pizza, and then she slammed the window very loudly. Another employee returned with my pizza. I told her that I would be in contact with corporate, as the manager was there to listen to customer complaints and not to slam windows in customers faces. The pizza was good, Dominos pizza. But there is ZERO good customer service, and no civility if you have a complaint. I will be driving a little further down to Lorraine location. At least that location has nice, courteous people working!!
