What a pleasure to dine at Zaytinya! I chose the Chef’s Dining Experience and not only was it delicious, it is a wonderful value. There are 13 dishes included in this Experience and each was inventive, well-presented, and extremely well-prepared. (See pic of menu for details) I also had a very inventive cocktail, the Ancient Olive. It is presented in 3 parts: Gin Mare washed with olive oil, vermouth, and orange bitters; a small glass of juiced olive mash; green olives on the side. You combine those with each sip and it is amazing! The pita bread is soft, pillowy tender goodness and is served with a dipping sauce of olive oil, pomegranate oil, and molasses and it is yummy! The service is stellar. As a female solo diner, I have not always been a valued customer, particularly in fine dining restaurants (forced to sit at the bar or regulated to a “lesser than” table or not even able to make a reservation for 1). Not so at Zaytinya – I was treated with respect and received excellent service – William was delightful and helped provide me with a memorable evening! It is an honor to have Jose Andres as a part of the Nashville restaurant community.

Great Mediterranean food from Chef Jose Andres in a bright restaurant in the corner of the Marriott. With a full bar, expansive wine list, and really good service, Andre’s’ creations are delicious small plates, including the Scallop Tzatziki with the tenderest, lightly grilled scallops, the Garides Me Anitho with a wonderful dill sauce worth dipping, and the Cauliflower Tiganites that delight the mouth. The Pita is the lightest and fluffiest ever. For dessert, the Turkish Chocolate Cake is recommended. No reservations need for brunch. Lots of nearby paid parking.

A new Mediterranean restaurant that is absolutely delicious. We scrapped every plate clean and felt great after. Portions were good and the salted foam margaritas were unique and special – a must!

Can’t wait to go back and try more. It all blended so well together, great flavors and atmosphere (live music, no lyrics, just melodies)

This place is a VIBE! Love the decor & aesthetic. And Valet is validated, which is SO appreciated as a single girl in heels. ‍♀️

I did the Chef’s Experience and it was the highlight of my month. The food just kept on coming. We got both bread and vegetables for dipping. The hummus was SO flavorful but my favorite was the goat cheese dip. (Tirokafteri) I LOVED the sautéed shrimp with dill. I don’t think I’ve ever had that flavor combination before and it was delicious.

The Iberico Pork was FANTASTIC. So flavorful. I was quite literally sad when it was gone. The Brussel sprouts were divine. We licked the plate clean of whatever that magical sauce was. And the lamb chops with broccolini? I could’ve eaten a whole plate of that. This place is a flavor explosion. Every single dish. My brain was trying to figure out what is that spice or flavors and combinations I’ve never had before. Which is really exciting. And for dessert? My favorite was the Greek Yogurt Apricots soaked in vanilla. Light. Sweet. But not too heavy. The perfect way to end a meal. The service was five star. So attentive. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Excellent dining experience for our group of 6. Our server, Thomas, saw to it that we took full advantage of the amazing menu. We chose a combination of tasting menus and single items. From the time the spreads hit the beautiful blue table, we were in heaven. Stand outs are the goat cheese spread and the amazingly chunky tzatziki from the spreads menu, the salad with grapefruit and pomegranate from the salads menu, the brussel sprouts and the black eyed peas from the veg menu, and the lamb chops and scallops (more tzatziki) from the mains. We have just one word for the desserts: apricots!!! Truly a memorable and delicious experience with top-notch service, wonderful ambience, and cuisine that leaves you speechless with delight!

Zaytinya in Nashville offers a delightful dining experience that beautifully showcases Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both special occasions and casual outings.
One of the standout features of Zaytinya is undoubtedly the exceptional service. During my visit, Autumn, our bartender, provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made thoughtful recommendations for both food and drinks. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness ensured that our needs were met throughout the evening.
The menu at Zaytinya offers a captivating array of mezze, which are small plates perfect for sharing. Each dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and bursts with flavor, allowing guests to embark on a culinary journey across the Mediterranean. The ambiance is lively, and the decor reflects a modern take on classic Mediterranean aesthetics, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Overall, Zaytinya is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in delicious food and enjoy exceptional service, particularly from talented staff like Autumn. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Nashville, this restaurant is worth a stop for a memorable dining experience.

If I could give Zaytinya Nashville more than five stars, I absolutely would.

From the second we walked in, the energy was electric upscale but welcoming, lively but not chaotic. The hospitality here is on another level. Ryan, the GM, clearly runs a tight ship and it shows in every detail from the service flow to the food execution. You can feel strong leadership the moment you step inside.

Now let’s talk about the food.

The octopus was hands-down one of the best dishes I’ve had in Nashville. Perfectly tender with that beautiful char and depth of flavor that only comes from a kitchen that knows exactly what it’s doing. Not rubbery. Not overdone. Just absolute perfection.

And the lamb? Unreal. Rich, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. Every bite tasted intentional. You can tell this kitchen respects ingredients and technique.

Huge shoutout to Autumn at the bar phenomenal bartender. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, confident, and just flat-out excellent at her craft. Drinks were balanced, thoughtful, and paired perfectly with the food. She elevated the entire experience.

Between Ryan’s leadership, Autumn’s presence behind the bar, and a kitchen putting out dishes like that octopus and lamb, this place is operating at a seriously high level.

Nashville has a lot of restaurants but Zaytinya stands out.

We’ll be back. And we’ll be bringing people with us.
