I received an order in which was incorrect. The manager, Jarvis, was very understanding and reassured me that they would fix their mistake. The delivery guy was extremely nice, both of them actually. However, the general manager, Telicia was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her tone of voice and unnecessary remarks are far from professional which further provides understanding as to why this store is so poorly run. I truly hope she has a better day and refrains from letting whatever she may be going through personally overpower her professionalism while at work. As I did not experience this attitude with either of the three additional employees I encountered today. Both Bryceson and Rodney were great.

My autistic son only eats a handful of things and thin crust pizza from dominos is literally the only food I can get him to eat. Tonight, the pizza received was overloaded with cheese to the point the crust was not crispier but a soggy mess. I called back to store and the manager(male) listened before passing the phone to someone else who asked me to explain my issue again! Super unprofessional! The customer service is lacking! She then ask did I want to bring it back, and they will remake it. No; I’ve made it home. I live 25 mins away from that store. So upset, my son just threw his pizza on the floor and he never does that!

I paid for extra cheese on both pizzas and I didn’t get it on either pizza! Both pizzas was burnt to a crisp! I found an unexpected pineapple on one of the pizzas, I called the store manager to complain she was rude and only offer to re make it if I brought it back to the store 10 minutes away! In my opinion she should have offered to re-make it and deliver it to me since they were the ones that didn’t get the order correct and burnt the pizza! Needless to say I won’t be spending my hard earn money at Dominos anymore!!

I ordered 3 pizzas on 3/8 for my daughters class. I usually use the app but I didn’t see a double cut option so I called in. The call was put directly to customer service where I ordered and requested it to be double cut. The rep transferred me to the dominoes on lake Harbour to let them know I requested the pizza be double cut. They answered and hung up so I drove up there right after. We were told it was to late to double cut because we didn’t speak directly to Katerina I think is her know. She argued with me saying I didn’t call, I didn’t talk to her, it has to be requested before order. Just completely cutting me off. Arguing with a paying customer is not a good look. I won’t be returning to this dominoes as long as she works there!

So it seems as if my review has been deleted. Therefore I will add it again. I placed an order on Saturday night around 10:00 online it stated delivery stopped at 11:00 however after placing my order I received a call stating that they did not have enough staff for delivery which was no problem. I went picked up my pizza and wings got home and to my surprise a dead fly that seems to have been cooked with my wings. This is absolutely disgusting!! And to make matters worse the manager that was on duty did not sound apologetic and only stated mistakes happen I can cancel the order or remake the food. I would not feed a dog this horrific food. And I also sent an email to the email address provided in everyone’s review on Saturday night and have not heard anything further today is Wednesday!! I will definitely take further actions. I guess this will be deleted again..

Made an online order for a large pepperoni pizza and a 20oz Coke. The pizza was delicious but can’t say the same about the drink since I noticed I never received it. Called the place and still haven’t received it. My advice is to double check online orders before leaving.

I ordered two basic pizzas at 11:30am. Didn’t even get started on until 1:30pm. I am understanding, staffing issues ,etc. They “deliver” it around 2pm. Except my clear instructions of my home were clearly not enough because I never got a single item. I checked neighbors doorsteps, nothing. No answer when I call. Literally never ordering from Domino’s again. Thanks for taking my money.
