I ordered a New York–style pizza with garlic parmesan base, chicken, and onions. The pizza was extremely thin—thinner than a regular thin crust—and the base was so thin that light could pass through it. There was also very little base sauce, and the pizza was not cut properly.

Overall, the quality was poor and did not meet Domino’s usual standards.

​I placed my order at 7:03 PM on January 31st. What followed was a masterclass in disrespect and poor management.
​After waiting an hour, I was looked in the eye and told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I returned 40 minutes later, only to be forced into another agonizing wait. Finally, after one hour and forty minutes of my life had been stolen, they dropped the bombshell: a large order of 30 pizzas had taken priority over me. Their solution? Wait another hour or leave empty-handed.
​This wasn’t just a delay. This was a total collapse of service. I spent two hours of my evening standing in a lobby for an order they clearly had no intention of finishing. I am beyond disappointed and expect a full, immediate refund for this absolute disaster of an experience.

I ordered take out and waited for an update . No one reached out to me regarding the order. They canceled my order due to me not having a way to pick it up and hung up in my face . I ordered delivery for a reason . I added the apartment number to the order specifically. How is that hard ?

My autistic son only eats a handful of things and thin crust pizza from dominos is literally the only food I can get him to eat. Tonight, the pizza received was overloaded with cheese to the point the crust was not crispier but a soggy mess. I called back to store and the manager(male) listened before passing the phone to someone else who asked me to explain my issue again! Super unprofessional! The customer service is lacking! She then ask did I want to bring it back, and they will remake it. No; I’ve made it home. I live 25 mins away from that store. So upset, my son just threw his pizza on the floor and he never does that!

So it seems as if my review has been deleted. Therefore I will add it again. I placed an order on Saturday night around 10:00 online it stated delivery stopped at 11:00 however after placing my order I received a call stating that they did not have enough staff for delivery which was no problem. I went picked up my pizza and wings got home and to my surprise a dead fly that seems to have been cooked with my wings. This is absolutely disgusting!! And to make matters worse the manager that was on duty did not sound apologetic and only stated mistakes happen I can cancel the order or remake the food. I would not feed a dog this horrific food. And I also sent an email to the email address provided in everyone’s review on Saturday night and have not heard anything further today is Wednesday!! I will definitely take further actions. I guess this will be deleted again..

My experience with this place was very poor.
My wife is a vegetarian and we ordered a large pizza with veg toppings and the pizza we received had pieces of pepperoni hidden under the cheese.
For most of you it may not matter but for people who choose a certain dietary style it matters a lot. Needless to say that her entire meal was ruined.
I am not sure what level of training goes in to educating associates the importance of choices and how careful they should be while handling food. Just imagine if they mixed up like this with someone who is allergic to animal based proteins making the situation life threatening.
I will urge Dominos higher management to take issues like these very seriously and educate the staff and have strict policies around food choices.

I paid for extra cheese on both pizzas and I didn’t get it on either pizza! Both pizzas was burnt to a crisp! I found an unexpected pineapple on one of the pizzas, I called the store manager to complain she was rude and only offer to re make it if I brought it back to the store 10 minutes away! In my opinion she should have offered to re-make it and deliver it to me since they were the ones that didn’t get the order correct and burnt the pizza! Needless to say I won’t be spending my hard earn money at Dominos anymore!!

TLDR: They get really busy on the weekends so understand it’s going to take 45-90 minutes(via online/delivery). The manager (at least the one I spoke to) was very friendly and accommodating but the issues this location has seems to commonly reoccur.

We ordered delivery really late on a friday night at 11 (they close at 1). It took about an hour, which I expected because I know they get really busy on the weekends. The driver gave us the wrong food. We called back up and talked to the manager (an actual person-which was nice). and he gave us some free credit and we just kept the order we received. I didn’t catch the managers name but he was very accommodating. We have attempted to order from this dominos before and long story short after 30 minutes they basically said they couldn’t do it.
