I will never spend another dime there. Horrible manager. Is very disrespectful and could care less if you’re satisfied or not. Pizza was absolutely disgusting with water puddled on the pizza. The second pizza was just as bad but instead of water it was onions that smelled like feet. I was out $20 because I threw the pizza away after he told me he wouldn’t replace it or refund me.

This is the third time in a row Dominos has destroyed my order. I called and their only solution was for me to drive 20 minutes to bring it back to show them there is no sauce. I normally don’t leave bad reviews and focus on good reviews….
They told me what I was saying wasn’t possible because sauce is the first thing to go on….
What is missing from these photos? Sauce !

After a couple of hours the manager called me back to apologize for the issue. I was pleased with his solution to discuss with the employee, proper customer service and I do very much appreciate the personal call back by the manager to make it right. Still a good Dominos but needs a little work.
I changed the rating from a 2 to a 4.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this Domino’s and the guy with the beard and glasses has been rude every time and so was the woman that was delivering they both acted like they were mad that there even customers there, good luck keeping any business with people who act like that Representing your company.

This is about the saddest and sorriest store I have ever seen you have managers in there with keys to the safe that could make the effort to get a customer change when they only have a $50 bill but yet the counter person wants to stand there and argue with the customer over getting change. For a $40 ordered on the app, and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We watch the app, it said prepared, then it was bank, we got there and it said. Oh, it’s gonna be 20 to 30 more minutes, this is the sack. That is place in town to eat. I don’t ever think we could order from there again. They’re rude, they’re nasty. The story is dirty, it’s filthy. They don’t wear gloves or hair nets.

Right on the main highway in downtown Lexington Tennessee. I ordered delivery. I got a coupon from an email. It took a little bit to place the order. And it cost a little more than I think it should. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive. It did arrive hot and it tasted good. Everyone was pleasant that I dealt with. They do have good pizza and good cinnamon bread sticks. Those were especially good. I would not have ordered them but the coupon included them. It was my first time ordering from this store in a long time and I will order again. I highly recommend it to anyone. If you like my reviews please give me a thumbs up. Thank you

This is my favorite Domino’s around. In comparison with other domino’s in the surrounding counties and towns, or, in my opinion, local pizza eateries in general, this Domino’s store has always exceeded My expectations in relevance to standards such as Price, Quality, and Consistency.
I’m from CC, our store has better service than here, but the food here at the Lexington store is a little better. So, as far as I am concerned, I’m paying for the quality and Consistency of my order, not for a nice gesture when I pick my pizza up (as long as i dont recieve bad or rude service). Many of the bad reviews I see about this store are from people who need to be cooking for themselves to please their unnecessary and high maintenance requests. For instance, if you want a pizza cooked or crisped to a specific degree, then go to the grocery store and buy a pizza so you can do it yourself…in other words, don’t blame Domino’s for cooking pizza the way Domino’s cooks pizza.
