Ordered online and went to the pick up window to pick up my order. I had ordered no garlic crust but the employee at the window told us that they had messed it up …but we can not eat the crust or wait for them to make us another. Very unprofessional. order the 14” style pizza (biggest one they got) has only 6 pieces.. using the promo with 50 percent off… and it still cost 24 and some change… and got 6 slices on each pizza… look like a medium.. pizza not worth the price… go to Marco or papa johns… tried it.. last time I will… looks like the pizzas I got back in the day for 599 mediums… 2 – 14” pizza = 25.. pizza look like mediums, dried look… you’ll regret it… feel as you got rip off.. if you are hell bound for dominos then go to the one by cvs… extra 10 min drive is really worth it in this situation…. I accidentally order from this location online.

This week I decided to give them another try since its about 5 minutes away and honestly carryout is way cheaper vs delivery. I ordered a medium half cheese and half toppings. Excellent service all around. However, I cannot endorse the Alfredo sauce for Dominoes. While I have had good experiences with it from other pizza restaurants, the sauce here rendered our pizzas inedible. We had to toss them and make sandwiches. I took the chance of ordering the sauce, so didn’t complain, but I despised it. The parmesam bites were good and the service awesome, so 2 stars for this visit.

Time and time again I have had nothing but bad experiences from this location. One time I ordered and they said it was delivered and I never received it, had to go down to the location and pick up the pizza which aggravated me since I had added a tip to the order. On another occasion, I did curbside and pulled up to the parking space and waited an extra 30 minutes, got the email they were sorry for missing my window so I pulled up to the window and the person inside was asleep. The pizza was falling apart by the time I got home.

Do you like getting a 20 minute quote on a carryout pizza, only check 40 minutes later to see that it hasn’t been prepped yet? Then you’ll love this location. When I called to check on it, I was told it was going to be ANOTHER 30 minutes before it even gets in the oven. That’s over an hour to get a pizza prepped. That’s just crazy.

Always only got the pan pizza and for a while now, doesnt matter the time of day, the pizza looks bad. Ordered last night, went to pick up. Got home not even 10m later after adding welldone to the pizza and parts of the pizza/sauce was luke warm and other parts were hot. Its unfortunate but this place, i feel, has stopped caring about how the product is being sent out. I give it 2 stars cause rhe cheesy bread was actually really good and it made me think about calling rhe store and adding a tip. Good thing i didnt before looking at the pizza.

My grandson ordered a pizza last night and the debited my credit card and the automation order said they were working on the order and then canceled it. Not only was that charge on my card but a new charge was on this morning. They will not answer calls to management. Everyone I have mentioned this to has said this is not unusual. Now I have to cancel my card and get the bank involved. This is not the way to do business.
