Came here twice for dinner during our family reunion in Fargo and the service here is excellent! Both times with two different servers, they were super friendly and very happy to serve us! Food was fantastic and I just can’t say enough about the service they provided! It shows how management takes good care of their employees! Thank you!

Ordered a salad to start after asking what was in it. Came with chopped cucumber which wasn’t mentioned. Our server didn’t return until bringing our entree’s and didn’t care when I complained about the salad. I was offered no discount. My entree and drink were excellent. My girlfriend’s food was good but her margarita was awful.

I ordered curbside to go. Waited until the time it said it would be ready and still no food. Then the manager came out and asked for my name and said she would be right back. Never came back. I finally went in and she was plating food instead of getting my food. Someone else had apparently “just” finished packing up my food… 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. And it told me my order was ready so not sure why it was marked that way if it wasn’t ready? And while I stood there and waited, the manager helping plate food was not wearing gloves, wiped her hand on her nose and then proceeded to move someones fries from one plate to the other with her hands. And another waitress was eating in the kitchen. Unprofessional and unsanitary and awful service for to go orders.

Fantastic day off spent there!!! Happy hour is actually a pretty good deal. For $20.00 I got spinach artichoke dip and 3 mucho Bahama mama’s….it was delicious! I sat at the bar and was served by 2 great servers…1 seemed somewhat newish bald guy…skinny….very very kind gentleman. The service was prompt, the food delicious. I will be back for happy hour more often!! Yummy!!!!

This place is expensive. Somehow my appetizer and Margarita turned into $30.00. Service was pretty good considering we came in after 10. Not very busy, obviously, but it felt as though it gets very busy. The restaurant was generally pretty clean but there were some things here and there that stood out to the trained eye. It’s a good spot.

I ordered salmon, garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans.
When it came, potatoes were cold, green beans soggy.
, salmon was fair.
The manager brought warm potatoes & cold slaw. , the waitress never came back, she went home “sick”. Got the manager again, , paid the bill & left.
They need to evaluate the cook & their skills.

Curb side order was wrong. One steak was supposed to be well done. Both cooked medium rare. Called and manager said he would send certificate for mix up. When certificate came it would not cover the cost of a new meal. Just a dessert. There is a big difference between a steak and dessert in a menu.

We used to be regular customers here, but unfortunately haven’t been able to eat here since they added fried breaded shrimp, because they don’t cook them in separate fryers and there’s a serious shellfish allergy in our family. We want others to enjoy shrimp for sure, but that can be done while also protecting their customers with allergies. What we love on their menu is their fried foods, including breaded chicken & fries, so we’ve had to change our regular restaurant to a new place more sensitive to those with allergies. I hope that someday policies are put in place to protect people with allergies, but unfortunately they’ve so far been rather lazy in protecting their customers. Having worked for years in the food industry, I know that a restaurant this successful has the ability to separate their shellfish fryer from everything else, but they choose not to, which has lost them our business and their five star rating from us.
I posted a picture of the “Response from the Owner”. This is me responding to it: The date and time is obviously any time we go. The location is The Applebee’s on 2001 16th St N, Fargo, ND 58102, which is where this review has been placed. And unless I’m being told that you’re once again protecting customers from serious allergies by separating shellfish from the rest of your food and cooking stations, I don’t want to waste time with calls. Thank you for caring enough to respond tho. <3 We miss eating here. 3
