I’ve honestly been getting pizza here a little too much recently but it’s because they always do such a great job and the pizza is always delicious, they are also really nice when you go to pick it up which is a big plus

I had no problems til the manager left to go to Atlanta highway store last Monday but it is horrible now! I ordered my usual marble cookie brownies and 1st off the smart butt working said itll be awhile before I can take your order! Then 15 minutes later a different person walked in and took my order! They said it would be 40 minutes!! I get home open the boxes to burnt brownies! I use to not have to check my brownies but now I do! So I send my daughter back to have them remade and behold she brought home 2 more burnt brownies!! I mean rock hard!
Ok so after my review I was called by a manager and I would say he was courteous and apologized for the issue! He then asked me ty o come by and I was gave 2 cooked to perfection marble cookie brownies and a large 2 topping pizza with a 2 liter coke so I promised to update this review and I would like to say thanks to the store manager for taking the time to make things right! Makes me feel like customer satisfaction is still important to some!! I still think the guy working that night needs a class on how to talk to customers and carry himself so for that I’ll upgrade my review to 3.5 stars. I’ll be coming by this weekend and we will see how it goes!

I will NEVER spend another penny at this dominos. They have to remake my pizza EVERYTIME I order food from there. I got two medium pizzas tonight and of course they had to be remade because they never read where it says “extra bbq sauce. There is maybe half a handful of cheese on this pizza. I didn’t ask for a swimming pool of bbq sauce. I’m highly disgusted and disappointed. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money tonight.

Super appreciative of the 2 guys working tonight (5/26/24). I got discharged from the hospital very late and we were starving so ordered a pizza about 20 minutes until they closed, which i NEVER do because i know what it’s like to want to go home. But once i got there, instead of them being frustrated, i was greeted with a smile as i apologized and they said it was no problem. After the few days i had i reeeeallyyyyy appreciated that! They were fast and our pizza was bomb!

This is the worst Domino’s I have ever ordered from. First of all, the young man who answered the phone could not hear me. Then the girl who delivered the pizza came to the phone and took my order. I ordered a large Supreme, light sauce!! There was extra!!!! I told her 3+4 times. Ordered cheese bread, no sauce for that! Asked about salads, ceaser, I asked if the dressing had lemon in it, she said no. Of course it did! Called to speak to a manager, he didn’t say anything, except. “The dressing don’t have lemon,” When there is a picture if it on the package! These people don’t care about their job or their customers? What a pity!

Only stopping by to pick up an order that was already completed. I didn’t see the 6 spaces marked for the drivers at the door and a rude worker came out to say you can’t park there. There was no one in the parking lot and plenty of parking! Completely rude!

The sign says new owners – they’re awful. They told me my order would be ready in 20 mins but when I got to the store 25 mins later, I was told it would be another 15 mins. 26 mins after that, for a total of 46 mins, my order was finally done and it wasn’t even correct. Definitely won’t be back to this location until newer owners take over. The service has gone way downhill lately.

Ordered 2 “large” pizzas Friday 9/6/2024, 1 3 topping, 1 plain cheese, 2 salads. Pizza was so small, thin and skimpy toppings, 2 frozen from Dollar General would have been better, salads were warm and wilting. Cost $57. I will be contacting corporate for a refund.

I ordered 2 hand tossed pepperoni pizzas and one New York style to try for the first time. Unfortunately, I did not get the New York style, I got pepperoni instead. We were all disappointed because we really wanted to try it. My sister usually gets Little Caesar’s pizza, but I talked her into Domino’s instead.
