If you know the history of the Bridgeport area then you’re familiar with this iconic restaurant. A staple in the community for over 30+ years, locals swear by it and travelers quickly discover it was well worth the stop. Simple menu with affordable prices, great service, and a dining room with a mix of timeless decor and casual seating that feels both modern and slightly dated. But well worth the trip out to Bridgeport.
So, add this spot to your bucket list of iconic restaurants in the area and give it a try.
And don’t forget to support local and small businesses in your area!

Nice ambiance, good classical music , and friendly staff. Surprisingly, good Chinese food. Was skeptical reading other reviews, but love Chinese cuisine and have to give it a try. The salt and pepper boneless pork chop flavored with five spice powder was tender inside and crispy outside. Has a kick from the jalapeño and onion garnishes. Very nice! My favorite is the Royal Panda three flavors noodle soup where all ingredients are stir fried and dunked into the soup noodle. This yields good flavor to both noodle and stock. We will definitely return for other dishes, if not for the soup noodle. Glad we found a chinese cuisine exactly to our palate. However, the chicken corn soup was sweetened with too much sugar and the seafood tofu hot pot was too salty. Make sure the chef cut back on sugar and salt if you have health concerns.

lady at the bar connected sucks. she doesnt care about service, barely smiles, and acts like she doesnt want guests visiting. I order a whiskey and close out – she says “are you sure this is all you’ll order? Cuz I wont run your card again even if you ask”. Wont come back and I think its insane you’d have someone like her work in service. Fire her for your own luck for the business haha – she’s miserable and it shows.
I work in the service Industry and I can say for a fact – she is the worst bartender or service worker i’ve ever encountered. She even gambled at slot machines while on the clock – wild.

Will refuse service if you return and don’t tip. I had a basic one course dinner. I’ve gone there a couple times and I was told to not return because I don’t tip for one dish with water to drink. Not to mention, this was not a Full House. This was 1 of 2 tables of customers. I was the second table, and I was told not to come back cause I don’t tip. I could understand if it was a Full House, and there is chance that you would have my table filled with someone who tips generously, but when you barely have service at all and I don’t Feel the need to tip, I shouldn’t be hustled.
I’m happy to not return. I think at this point it’s a mutual agreement that I will not return. I will not be hustled for a tip. I only tip if I feel like my party is far more than a basic one person meal. I think any restaurant should be able to serve a one person/One course meal with water. Any Wait Staff should be able to manage that. If I came back with a large group or whatever, with multiple appetizers or multiple different dishes or a large party, I will tip, in fact, I would probably tip 30% at that point. I just don’t understand this particular call the hostess made. The food was basic.

Bartender is the worst. The food is even worse. Don’t order here unless you want to get treated like a piece of garbage. I’m confident this is the worst place in Oregon to get a drink. They don’t clean their forks or dishes before serving. The bartender is happy to be the person serving you garbage. I hope this place shuts down before someone else can tell you how bad it is.

Git the Kung Pao chicken and shrimp special. Absolutely nothing special! Bland, tasteless waste of money. I left more than half. Sad, I use to eat there years ago. I was looking forward to a nice meal. It ruined my night. Oh well, live and learn. Won’t be back. PS one lady working. A gut went to the counter to pay. I did as well, who knew when she would show up again.btw. below asked noise level, i put quite. Reason why? Nobody there! Maybe in the bar

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Washington County, and I don’t mind driving a bit out of my way to eat here. My family and I enjoyed going here while visiting the Tualatin area when I was a child, bringing me fond memories of the place, and it still holds up today. Their offerings are pretty typical, but they’re reasonably priced and they have a lot to offer. I do appreciate that they have salt and pepper pork, which is one of my favorite dishes. They also have yummy hot and sour soup. I’ve always thought the atmosphere is pretty nice too, and it’s quite clean.

Classic American Chinese. Taking you back in time with their authentic atmosphere and amazing food. This place could easily pass as that classic Christmas story Chinese restaurants. Staff were friendly, and food came out fast.
I have driven by in the past and see the parking lot slammed. I think the Royal Panda has been her for over 30 years.
Anyway, good luck on the road, and I wish all my Google travelers a wonderful day.
