Spoke to a lady because as I typed in my correct address the system for some reason changed it making it state South instead of North. I called the dominos to let them know and she lied to me saying she would tell her driver to deliver it and they just ended up canceling. Im right around the corner from the store the lady passes me by getting back to the store so i didnt see the issue here. As I tried to redo my order I was FORCED to do pick up bevause they suck at there job and didnt want to do it. Also the white jolly manager lady was very rude and didnt try helping me out at all. As a paying customer to force me to do things that is inconvenient is wild. I even left a tip and was going to give more to the driver once she got here. Instead I got rude service and terrible support from whoever runs this business on the day of 2.10.26 between 1:30-3:30 this took place. Whoever is manager should really go back to school and learn how to properly do there job. Or find a new one if they don’t care to be respectful. Its not my fault the system automatically changed the address to something different. Even when I retried I had to retype the address like 10 different times to make sure when I saved it, that it didnt switch to S and stayed what I typed which was N. I knew I wasn’t tripping but she didnt care. So this is her review to remember to be more compassionate and understanding when there’s a systematic glitch. Learn how to be a better human being and don’t raise you voice or tone at paying customers who willing tip its my child nap time and now I have to wake em up because what this woman poor customer service and problem solving skills.

This Dominos is abhorrent. My app told me my pizza would be ready in 50 minutes max. I waited that full time only to be told I would need to wait another hour and a half to two hours before I would get my food. The manager was rude and didn’t care. He just said yeah they are busy. He didn’t offer any way to make it better. To make things worse, Dominos is keeping my money for 5 business days before they will give me my refund. This is completely unacceptable. This is a terrible business. Get pizza from a local spot instead. Bootleggers, Pricilla’s, Mater’s, they are all better and will actually get your food to you on time.

Add 30 minutes minimum to any order ready time. Sat at window for 14 minutes before even being greeted only to be told the order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago is just now going in the oven and that it would be another 30 minutes. Owmer/Management really needs to be reading these comments and responding to the issues that customers are bringing up.

Places an order online paid for the order online. Get to the window a the first question I was asked is well is it paid for how about you look at the ticket and find out be my guess. Second when your busy an I’m looking at you through the glass a you just look at me while you stand an do nothing really. Third tell me to move an park an you will bring it out noo no you put my order on a shelve an make me wait another 15 mins I have to come into the store to find my order sitting there while half your stuff are crammed in the office talking an cutting up. Last off if your going to have stuff with long hair you need to be wearing a dang hair net I don’t want to pull ginger hair out of my freaking throat so thanks for that. By far the customer service is below par.

Pizza is great as usual however the staff is lacking. I walk in, get my pizzas and I ask for a marinara sauce (we paid for 2) and they say “we have to charge you 82 cents.” Okay well I’m thinking maybe it’s in the box…. Get home, no it’s not in the box. So I call and tell them what happened and the girl doesn’t apologize or anything and says “okay can I help you with anything else?”

If I could give it a 0, I would!! Went to pickup food at the window. The lady working was standing there. She was facing me, she just kept standing there. Then she moved to the other side, looked right at me, and turned her back on us and leaned on the counter vaping. There was other employees there. No one ever came to the window, so we left! Definitely won’t be back to this one! Now I know why people talk crap about it!

Save your money and go to Little Caesars if you want cheap pizza. I told myself last time I wouldn’t go back to a dominos…but I did and have nothing but regrets. I would give zero stars if the lady at the window wasn’t as nice as she was.
