One pizza on the left is fresh but had a big hole & the thin crust for my daughter on the right we opened it; looks like it’s a day old or at least hours old! Like they tried to resell a mistake or something I’m not feeding this to my kids! I’d like my money back lol

Im actually surprised at only an average of 3 and a half stars for this Dominoes store location.
This Dominoes has been my go to pizza place for the last 4 or 5 months.
There is a girl named Abigail that seems to be the person preparing my pizza 90% of the time and I have given feedback after getting pizza there calling her a pizza goddess because ive opened the box and the pizza looks like I imagined it should when I ordered and tastes the same. She is just good at what she does.
Best Dominoes location ive been to and I won’t be going to any other anytime soon.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from this store. On November 8th, I placed an order for a pizza at 5:10 PM. However, at 6:04 PM, I received a voicemail stating that my pizza was left outside my door, but it was not delivered as claimed.
Upon contacting your store, an employee named Jackie informed me that nothing could be done and ended the call abruptly. Consequently, I decided to visit the store to seek a refund or to receive my pizza in person. Unfortunately, I experienced a wait time of over 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence.
After explaining the situation, the staff informed Jackie, who was managing at the time, but she ignored my presence, continuing with her tasks without addressing my complaint. Despite waiting for an additional hour, Jackie never came to speak with me.
During my time in the store, it came to my attention that several other customers were experiencing issues with their orders as well.
I am disappointed with the way this situation was handled and the lack of customer service provided.

So this has happened multiple times & im not happy about it. I hesitated to take a DoorDash order today from them because they NEVER have the order ready when I get there, but I accepted it. I get there & no surprise, it’s not ready. After about 5 minutes they say they messed up the pizza and it’ll be another ten minutes before it’s ready if I wanted to cancel the order so I can go make some money. Too late, they already wasted my time, money, and gas, also screwing up my stats with DoorDash. No apology for the inconvenience or anything, just this nonchalant attitude like this happens all the time…..because it does. They suck and I’m not accepting anymore orders from them, most certainly never eating here either, big giant thumbs down.

This Store doesn’t deserve any stars. I ordered a pizza last week but my delivery address was out of the area. I never received my pizza and the amount paid was never refunded. I called the store and told them about the situation, the man who answered the phone said “ I Find that difficult to believe” then hung up on me.

Seems like the place had a lot of staff, but couldn’t make any pizza in a timely manner. We waited for an hour + for 2 small pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. When we asked to speak to a manager, nobody answered us and nobody came to let us know what was going on. Also, at first they tried to charge us $40 for our items that were way below that price. Bad management that leads to staff being overwhelmed and customers being very upset. We will not be back.
