I had the worst experience ordering pizza tonight. I placed my order online and used Apple Pay. When I got to the window I told them my name and they went to check on it and never came back. I sat there for about 10 minutes and decided to just go inside. Again told them my name and they checked on my order. Waited a while without any updates, overheard an employee mention they couldn’t find of the pizzas o ordered. COOL. Love that. I waited almost another 45 minutes for them to make the missing pizza. By the time I got my whole order, the half that was already made when I got there was now cold, they never once acknowledged the issue or apologized for the inconvenience. I will not be returning. Being honest with your customers goes a long way, I would have been understanding had someone just owned up to the mistake. $56 for mediocre pizza was not worth my time. If I had not used Apple Pay when I ordered I would have just left and got dinner somewhere else.

Awesome location! First time trying Dominos pizza and I ordered on the app. It was made PERFECT. I asked for extra onions and they definitely did! I love how there is also a no cheese option which is awesome. They made my pizza just as I like and I would definitely come to this location again. Love that they have a gluten free crust as well, very accommodating!

I never used to order from this location because the manager (female) was beyond rude, and refused to cook an hour before close. A new manager relocated from the Jefferson Blvd location, and he is AMAZING! he goes over and beyond, talks very well to all the customers, and truly makes you have a better day. It also helps that the food is DELICIOUS AND FRESH! I even wanted all “flats” for my wings and he accommodated! Whoever made him manager, made a great call, and he deserves a RAISE! HAHA

Ordered online for window pick up. Online said it would be ready in 11 to 20 mins. I ordered at 6:32 it was not ready until 7:44. Ridiculous! The last time I ordered from there I said it would be the last. This was because last time everything went through on my end but I show up at the window and they said they never got the order. Funny I got a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. So that time I waited 45 mins for them to get it done. This truly was the last time! Too many other options to mess with this place.

Online order and was texted saying 10 mins till ready. showed up and had to wait at the window for 10 mins for someone to come to the window. I paid and then was told they messed up the pizza and they would have to remake it it would take 10 mins to pull around front and they would bring it out no problem stuff happens. Waited another 25 mins out front and Noone came out. Tried to go inside bit it was locked up. When thur the drive thur window where I waited another 8 mins before they came to the window. Got home and they gave me the wrong dripping sauce and my pizza a was not edible looks like it was dropped on the floor. Tried calling no answer. This is the second time in a row something has happen like this. Would recommend staying away till management can get a grip on things.

So this any pizza any crust any toppings deal they have going on in September of 2025 is not exactly what I hoped it be I picked the crust and it wasn’t all the way done I picked some toppings and they tell me it was because the toppings I picked well my crust wasn’t done He also said that it was impossible for the crust to be undone because it’s pre made and precooked He fought with me a little bit about my truth And then offered me a $10 credit to my account but honestly I won’t be going back I never saw the credit on my account but I won’t be going back The toppings I chose were ground beef pepperoni ham onions and banana Peppers They were not as fresh as they could have been They didn’t taste fresh They didn’t taste well at all The curse I picked was a crispy crust and it was not crispy at all I threw more than half of the pizza away and this was my first visit to Domino’s in over a decade because the last time I had them I was disappointed as well It seems that they new ideas but not new tactics Maybe it could have been in the store that I went to They seem very unhappy there I spoke to two people and they both seemed very unhappy and rude I was just trying to let them know that what I ordered was subpar No disrespect just a heads up and what I got was a denial Denial Denial of what I believe to be the truth I will say the cinnamon things we’re really good I had some really small ones and I had some big ones had some medium sized ones they definitely weren’t uniform but I enjoyed them. Whatever the case I won’t be returning and I do not recommend this particular Domino’s eatery

I ordered from this location super late. Was actually there 5 minutes after close and they were still there. The guy that took care of me was super nice and helpful and didn’t seem bothered whatsoever by the fact that I’m an idiot and ordered so late
