We got hungry late in the evening and decided to order from Domino’s. Lettuce on salad tasted like it was out of date. Wing sauce was delish but skin on wings needed to be cooked longer. Pasta sauce was good but the cheese had not melted and was cold. The best part of the meal was the garlic butter bread.

This Domino’s is by far, the best pizza around! I’ve lived here for 10 years and once I got their pizzas delivered, I quit ordering from anyone else. Ivy literally makes picture perfect, ad worthy pizzas! All the delivery drivers have been prompt, polite and super friendly! Kel was my driver today and he treated the delivery like he was delivering to a friend rather than just going through the motions to get the job done. And no, I am not related to nor friends with anyone at Domino’s, they just deserve the recognition for the consistent quality, friendliness and professionalism over the past 9 years! I would give them more stars if I could and happily recommend them to everyone!

Order a medium new parm stuffed crust pizza and this is what I got. Half cut pizza, pizza slices falling apart half way and no sauce.
Highly disappointed, pizza is dry due to lack of very little to no pizza sauce, slices literally falling apart in half (not the slice way).
Will not recommend nor go back. I would rather pay extra money for better pizza and support others on the island.
They obviously don’t care about standard or quality of the food.

Took over an hour to receive my food… If there is a staffing issue at this location; perhaps they should accept less online orders? I could have gone and gotten drive thru and eaten it and been home in that hour… If part of the business model is convenience – how is that convenient?

On my recent visit to Kure Beach, we decided to order for dinner one night. After placing our order around 7:45 pm, the online ordering started our order would be ready around 9:00. Ok no big deal. Only pizza place around there on a Saturday evening. After arriving, we were told our order had yet to be made. We waited until almost 9:50 to get our pizza. Rude staff who was to concerned about talking on their cell phones or each other. Not to mention there were a few employees who either did not have a mask on or had it pulled down!! Even the manager had his mask pulled down. When I went in to finally get my order, my mask was on and everyone else decided then was a good time to pull theirs up…. Their excuse as to why so long was their system was down all day online…. But yet, I still was able to place an online order…. I will never order from this location again.

I only gave it one stars because I couldn’t go any lower… I ordered a delivery order later in the evening around 11:50…. I’m looking at the tracker and the tracker shows that my pizza is ready at 12:08. At 12:42 I called the store because it’s still saying that it’s on the rack. They said that they only have one delivery driver and they couldn’t give me an ETA for the pizza. Since the store was right around the corner, I offered to drive there to pick it up.
When I arrived, I’m at a long blonde haired fellow. I asked him whenever I got the pizza if I could be refunded for the tip and the delivery fee, which totaled about seven dollars. He said that he wasn’t able to because he would have to void out the entire check. I asked her if I could just have four or five bottles of water instead, but they only had one.
At that point, I asked for Them to avoid out the check and just ring me for the order. Whenever I ask for a receipt of the voided transaction, he was unable to provide me a receipt. My original total was $20 which included the delivery fee and the tip…. Whenever he re-rang me my total was $21. Whenever I asked him how it was more expensive he was unable to provide me an answer just said that I must have used a deal. I did use an online promotion, but the store absolutely should have been able to reduce that cost.

He referenced the order That he had to re-ring for me, saying that it was being prepped when it clearly wasn’t…. After getting pizzas from this place when they are busy, when they are dead, late night, mid day, whatever….this Dominos is elite. They’re transparent if they are overwhelmed. If they tell you 15 minutes; it’s 15 minutes. The pizza and topping are always well made. I appreciate you CB Dominos!

Look, it is a Domino’s, you know what you’re getting… this one is no different and the food was pretty good as expected.
This is a 1 star review because I don’t think it is reasonable for Domino’s to send me requests to fill out 2 different surveys because I ordered pizza from them once. Seriously? If y’all want me to join your customer experience team, please send me a written offer with a reasonable salary… but stop asking me to do unpaid labor for you.

I don’t know what happened with all of the other people’s negative experiences, but we had a great experience. Super fast food, kind service, and great pizza. Staff was very friendly.
