Of all the times I’ve ever ordered from this Dominos location in the past 3 years, I’ve only had a handful of complaints. I order in-store carryout about once a week and occasionally they’ll forget to add the garlic spread to the pizza crust, but other than that my complaints are far and few between. They’re usually very quick and the employees are always kind. Dominos is always quick to correct problems with my order (if there are any), so I can’t really complain. Parking is a bit of a hassle especially since they’re on a one-way.

They hang up on you when you call checking on your order and claim they can’t give out their name for you to report how rude they are due to “company policy” and I know that isn’t true. It is currently 12:15 and I’ve been waiting on my order since 10:55pm.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a pizza place. A couple of weeks ago we ordered a pizza. The website said that the pizza was complete and we drove 10 min to pick it up. When we got there, they realized that they had made the pizza incorrectly, so we waited another 45 min for another pizza. The cashier was very nice and made up for our wait by giving us free sodas. When we got home with the new pizza we discovered that it wasn’t cooked all the way! THE PIZZA WAS RAW!!! We drove back and complained. The cashier was as angry as us and even went back and made the pizza herself! Meanwhile, the other staff didn’t care and continued to goof off. Luckily, the pizza turned out perfectly when she made it. The manager seriously needs to fire some of the employees making those pizzas and give that cashier a raise! This is about the 5th time my pizza has been late and terrible quality!

The employees (young, smaller boys) were rude and made fun of us when we picked up. They also did not say anything about the drink we ordered. If we hadn’t gotten it ourselves it would’ve just been missed. The cheesy bread was soaked in grease and burned around the edges. The pasta was dry and hard. The manager did not address the other employees being rude or making fun of us when we brought it up. The manager, Chris, approved a refund over the phone, but when we got there with the food the employees (a heavy set black woman and heavy set white man) were giving us trouble and being rude yet again. We finally got a refund, but we will not be returning to this location.

Awful. Ordered a pizza at 10:40. By 11:10 it was up for quality inspection. By midnight it had still not arrived. Called a dozen times and no one answered. Just stayed on a recorded hold loop for half an hour. Finally drove down to the store at 12:15. It is 12:53 and I just now got my half cooked pizza that they apparently don’t know how to cut. Worst pizza experience ever. Will not repeat

Decided pizza was not what I wanted, but a salad and pasta is what I wanted. Checked out the menu and ordered chicken Alfredo with bacon in penned pasta and a chicken Caesar salad.The salad was excellent. Pasta was really good but only ate a small portion, so I took it home for another meal. Very good!
