I used to work at a Dominos, making the pizzas. This was back in the dark ages, about a decade before smart phones. I have tried about everything available but have a favorite. Hand tossed, extra sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms with extra cheese. I was not disappointed today.
From time to time I will get their brownies. They are great and worth trying sometime.

I ordered pizza and pasta from the Dominos on 15th Street and the experience was awful.
My first order was delivered to the wrong address.
My second order was left at my front door without the delivery person ringing my doorbell and the food had turned cold.
The only way that I knew that it was outside is because I was wondering why it was taking so long for it to come.
When I opened my front door.
The food was left outside with absolutely no call or doorbell being rung.
I proceeded to call Dominos regarding my issue.
The first gentleman told me that he would get his supervisor on the phone, which he did and it was pointless.
The supervisor was telling me that I was being hostile because I was explaining to him what had taken place.
I told him that they love to label people (people of color) as being hostile when they enter an issue with them.
He said that he would need to hear the delivery person’s side of the story first, which she LIED!
She said that she rung my doorbell but didn’t.
I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have always been told that the customer is always right.
In other words, he basically called me a liar but not out loud.
I told him that I wanted my money refunded and that I would never order from that location ever again.
Whatever you do.
Don’t order from this Dominos!

EDIT: If I could give zero stars, I would. Adding onto my review! They offered me cheese bread for my inconvenience…for being delivered gluten and dairy when I am gluten and dairy free. I have tried to call the local business and corporate office and have been on hold for HOURS on multiple locations. Truly, save your money and time, and go somewhere else.
I have a dairy allergy and ordered a pizza with no cheese. I have ordered from Domino’s many times and have never had my order come with cheese before, despite the order and receipt explicitly stating “no cheese”. I tried to call for over an hour, asking to send a different pizza, but no one at this location ever picked up the phone. I have never written a review on Google before, but I was unable to find a way to contact this company to request a refund for my order, which was incorrect and cost over $50. Again, I have never had any difficulty with Domino’s before; they are very dairy and gluten-free-friendly, but this store has severe communication problems.

I ordered a pizza during a big SEC football game at halftime. The folks at dominos on 15th street scramble to get my pizza ready and gave it to Miss. Celia. Miss. Celia fought through the 15th street traffic and into my apartment complex like a champ. Unfortunately the maze of my apartment complex was confusing. Miss. Celia did her absolute best to find my apartment and deliver my pizza. The beautiful Miss. Celia tamed my hungry belly with her brave actions, she is my hero. Thank you Miss. Celia for being the best dominos delivery gal there has ever been.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a pizza place. A couple of weeks ago we ordered a pizza. The website said that the pizza was complete and we drove 10 min to pick it up. When we got there, they realized that they had made the pizza incorrectly, so we waited another 45 min for another pizza. The cashier was very nice and made up for our wait by giving us free sodas. When we got home with the new pizza we discovered that it wasn’t cooked all the way! THE PIZZA WAS RAW!!! We drove back and complained. The cashier was as angry as us and even went back and made the pizza herself! Meanwhile, the other staff didn’t care and continued to goof off. Luckily, the pizza turned out perfectly when she made it. The manager seriously needs to fire some of the employees making those pizzas and give that cashier a raise! This is about the 5th time my pizza has been late and terrible quality!

The employees (young, smaller boys) were rude and made fun of us when we picked up. They also did not say anything about the drink we ordered. If we hadn’t gotten it ourselves it would’ve just been missed. The cheesy bread was soaked in grease and burned around the edges. The pasta was dry and hard. The manager did not address the other employees being rude or making fun of us when we brought it up. The manager, Chris, approved a refund over the phone, but when we got there with the food the employees (a heavy set black woman and heavy set white man) were giving us trouble and being rude yet again. We finally got a refund, but we will not be returning to this location.

I visited this store on July 16, 2025, around 5:40 PM. I ordered a medium-sized New York-style pizza for pickup. A lady assisted me at the counter—she was very kind and welcoming. The pizza was awesome! I highly recommend this place and give it a 5-star review.
