Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Pizza. I placed a pickup order, drove to the store, used my time and gas to get there, and when I got home I realized they had given me the wrong order. My order had clearly been switched with someone else’s.
When customers choose pickup, we are already making the effort to drive to the store ourselves. The least the staff can do is double-check that the order they hand out is actually correct. Instead, I ended up wasting gas, time, and a trip for food I didn’t even order.
Very frustrating and careless service. I expected better.

Just ordered pickup for 2 mediums ! @ 6.99 each. Got there 15 minutes later, waited another minute inside, very busy! The manager is amazing! The crew working with him did the job perfectly! We are very thankful for such great service!

This is pathetic, it looks like a poor person’s pizza, not even from a third-world country. It’s missing pineapple and ham, or maybe they’re stealing the ham and pineapple. For an $18 pizza, this is ridiculous.

I come to this Domino’s pretty regularly once or twice a week and I’ve noticed for my past 5 to 10 orders that whenever I get extra sauce it never comes with extra sauce. In fact I pay for the extra sauce and I think less sauce actually comes which is kind of crazy. So probably going to have to give this place a break for a while. Edit 8/31/25 came back to try it out and got this NO SAUCE ON MY PIZZA LITERALLY NONE after ording extra sauce. Officially won’t be coming back to this shitty establishment.

I ordered this at 8:49pm and it came at 10:20pm. It said on the website that it was prepping 3 times and the customer support was not friendly. The food arrived barely even warm, the cheese sticks did not taste like they were cooked, they were definitely undercooked that it left my partner with stomach issues, and the delivery driver smelt like he was smoking weed the entire time. Will not be ordering from here again and I certainly don’t recommend it. If you want bad customer service with food that will take over an hour to come that is barely warm, then this is the place for you. If you want my advice dominos, hire better employees that will get your job done in a timely manner that know how to show good customer service.

I’ve gotten carry out from here a few times but tonight was the best experience. They were extremely busy when I stopped in around 6:45 pm.
The kitchen and staff was working like a well-oiled machine. The person that appeared to be in charge was patiently explaining things to a team member that was clearly new.
I called before going because the order wasn’t going through on my app and the person that answered was extremely nice when I inquired about applying online coupons, even though they were clearly in the middle of a huge dinner rush.
They provided some tips to help me take advantage of the online coupons, and I ordered online and got exactly what I wanted. Well done, Lehigh Team!
(P.S. I’m so impressed I haven’t even gotten out of my car and eaten yet.)

Upon delivery, the box was crushed all the toppings are on top of the box when I called Domino’s the person on the phone said that this is normal that it happens. The worst service I’ve ever had this location should be shut down.
