Disappointed I love Tim Hortons however I have been to this location about four times as I live nearby and quite enjoy Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches person working the front counter has gotten my order wrong every single time and I get a breakfast wrap so I do not know until I bite into it that it’s wrong which means I’ve already left. The associate working the counter does not speak loud enough for you to hear what she’s saying back to you and I’m very loud so I know that she can hear what I ordered and it has not been right a single time they never hand you A receipt so you never even know what you got charged forVery disappointed will no longer be coming to this location however it is very clean. Seems like a lack of training

The staff is unwilling to make any of the specialty drinks in my experience. Going in person or in all does not change the outcome. They always claim they do not have what they need to make something more complex than just a basic coffee. I have even seen them deny having honey for tea while it was next to the associate working the counter as they said it.
