There was a mix up with the phone numbers and an employee “nick” randomly cancel my order after I had been waiting for 20 minutes the app didn’t notify me that he canceled the order so I went in and reordered the pizza at first he didn’t want to take my order because he assumed that I previously placed a order under a name of Jose but I do not know a single person named “Jose” it took another co-worker to tell him to take my order and when he finally started making my order I was apologizing for any inconvenience but even then I could tell with the snarky remarks he made and the horrible customer service that he was upset so that made me extremely uncomfortable made me feel as if I needed to watch him make the pizza for my safety, Nick’s customer service was horrible and not worth the hour wait for the pizza because the dough was undercooked. And when I politely confronted him and told him his customer service was not good and told him I’d be writing a review he blantly and rudely said “ok that’s fine I dont care”. And also while making my pizza he was not wearing gloves and handling his personal phone. And he also got every detail of my order wrong I ordered 1 veggie pizza, extra cheese and he gave me a plain cheese pizza, and also there was barely any cheese on any of the 3 pizzas I ordered, there was spots of cheese missing on all the pizzas as if he randomly threw toppings on the pizza with 0 care, for the other pizzas I ordered a alfredo sauce pizza with chicken and Philly steak there was barely any Alfredo sauce on it and I specifically asked for extra Alfredo sauce. He claims his name was nick but I am not sure he was hesitant about telling me his name then randomly said nick. I will NEVER order from here again!!

Ordered my food. Took an hour and a half to get it with it being out for delivery for an hour. Chicken for the salad was hot and so was dressing. Was afraid to eat it after it was warm for so long. Lettuce was brown. Pizza was bad. Called the store and was told they would do nothing to make it right and the person on the phone was rude because they were the “only one in the store and were busy”. Filed a case online and no response. If you want to get robbed of your money shop here. **Edited to add that I emailed them and received no reply so don’t expect anything from their reply here.

This is the worst Dominoes (STORE#3267) EVER! This is the second time and the last time that I ever order from here. I order 2 boxes of cheese pizza and chocolate lava cakes for my kids that were waiting for an hour to eat. Pretty simple order. They send me an order of a different family. Flat bread pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni and the other was meat lovers. We called them to let them know they got our order all wrong and the employee was very rude and got an attitude with us. And did not want to give us our money back. I got upset because I did not want to leave the house for nothing and I told them that I will go personally and give them the pizza and to get my money back. He went ahead and threatened me that he was going to call the cops. lol. Because they messed up our order. When I get up there they have about 15 people waiting and complaining about the same issue that I was having. I tried to get the receipt for my refund and he told me in a high tone voice that “he did not have it!” I thought that was so rude especially with everything going on. How can’t you provide a customer proof of their refund? On top of that with tip and all. I never report or complain but this is not right at all. After I’m done with this post I’m going straight to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) I think this location needs better management. It seems like no one there has customer service and really doesn’t care about the customers.

I ordered a pizza at 7:55 at night and I still had not received my order over an hour later. I understand that things happen and that the weather would have delayed my order, but I live less than a mile away. When I called for the first time, I was on hold for over ten minutes and I was hung up on. The second time I called, a delivery driver answered and was very nice about my issue. When they were looking for my order, I overhead them say that all of the orders went out and that they found mine. The manager then said that he would have to cancel because it was cold and that there were no drivers due to the weather, but I was not contacted about any status of my order and I just wasted over an hour for food that I never got and will never get. It seems like they lost my order and just didn’t care.

unfortunately yesterday i ordered 2 pizzas. they were delivered and they were the wrong pizzas. i called the store and they got a replacement going quick which is great. 35 minutes later my delivery driver comes (different than the first) the first driver was extremely nice! the second driver however asked me “you know you didn’t tip right?” …. on a replacement order that was $0 i would exercise caution in ordering here.

Worst domino’s experience ever. My sister and I ordered food at 9:15pm we ordered we ordered 4XL pizzas and wings which added up to over $125 and we didn’t get our food until 11:31pm 30min before they close. The food looked like it was sitting for over an hour in the driver car. The driver said he know he wasn’t going to get a tip once we started complaining how long he took and how horrible the food looked. We call the Manger on duty that night asked to get a refund and he acted like he couldn’t refund us so I asked for the district manager phone number and he said he is the general manager and that he owned the store, so I went up there with the food and had to call the police to try to file a report so I could get my money back. The guy got mad and told the officer he would talk to him but he wanted me out of the store while he talk to him because I was trespassing. I’m standing here with 4 boxes of pizzas and four 10 piece wings trying to return the food and I’m trespassing. The photos below are pictures of the food and the Manger of the guy who said he own the store and there was no district manager. You can also see the officer in there. DO NOT ORDER HERE and the Domino’s Corp need to fire this guy.
