My friends and I had dinner last night prior to seeing the DWTS at Hershey Giant Center. It was our 1st time to dine here. The food selection was good. I had chicken marsala while my friends had chicken salad. It was good. I had a flatbread to-go for my husband (which he enjoyed—bacon with goat cheese). We enjoyed the ambiance and Michelle our server was awesome!

Checked out the breakfast buffet . They had a nice variety and our waitress did a great job! The scrambled eggs and sausage were not very good for the price. There is an option for ordering eggs made to order for extra cost. It’s a convenient option for folks staying in the Lodge.

We ate here on the morning of Sunday, September 21st, before our departure. We elected to do the buffet but were also informed that we could order omelets and eggs to order at no additional cost.

With that, we each ordered an omelet and got a selection of baked goods, fruit, breakfast potatoes, and breakfast meats from the buffet. We also ordered coffee, and the server brought a full pot and 2 mugs for us. This was perfect.

All tasted good, and the buffet has a wide selection. Whatever you’re in the mood for, you’ll be able to find. Friendly service and a warm, inviting atmosphere right off the lobby of the hotel.

We’ve eaten here for both breakfast and dinner during our various trips here and have always had a positive experience. Recommended!

Not what I was expecting for what at first appeared to be a nicer place to eat within the Hershey brand.

The floors were sticky and dirty, there were little cobwebs on the light fixtures over the booths, and out server was almost non-existent. The food may have been great, but they need to do some serious work on the front of the house there.

We went in at a little before 9pm on Saturday the 18th after spending the day at the park. Having worked in restaurants for a long time I always make sure to show up at least an hour before close and order quickly, and I know things will be winding down at bit by then as they’re doing their side work and cleaning up.

That said, this place was a disaster. Because there were still a few other filled tables I couldn’t get a lot of pictures without others in them but you can see from the picture I got there was stuff all over the floors. The place wasn’t crowded, maybe only 6-12 other tables full, but they were spaced around so I couldn’t take pictures easily.

That was like that from the time we walked in, until we left and no one got a broom or anything to clean it up from there or under the other tables/booths. The floors were also sticky. I know spills happen and it’s tricky to mop with people in the restaurant but the floors from the front door to our table were sticky so it wasn’t just one spill. It felt like someone mopped the floor with soda.

My wife noticed little cobweb strands on the lights. Not decorations, but legit little strands so no one has run a swiffer across those in a while.

There were a few servers setting out silverware and coffee cups on the table like they were preparing for breakfast. That was really odd considering I’d usually flip the chairs up onto the tables at night in a place like this to clean the floors, before I setup the tables, so it just proves those floors aren’t getting really cleaned any time soon in my mind.

Our server though was a ghost. She only had one or two other tables from what I could tell, and I didn’t see here setting up tables with the others, but she just kept disappearing for long periods in the back. Maybe she was rolling silverware or something but she completely ignored us and left our drinks empty many times. I’d ask for a refill and it would take forever just to get a soda refill. My wife’s few mixed drinks were coming out quicker. The server just kept seeming to forget when I did ask.

The food was amazing. I had the lamb, my wife had a gluten free pasta dish, and our daughter had a kid’s pizza (far too big for any kid I know, but that’s not a bad thing) and it was also good.

My wife said the mixed drinks she tried were good.

There were people seated after us, and many still there when we left so we weren’t holding them up on closing or anything.

My wife had a good point that either the manager on duty came up through the kitchen and is only focusing on that side, or they just didn’t have anyone on duty out front that night. It was pretty bad to be that dirty all through the dining room.

I haven’t seen that much stuff on the floors, and the floors that sticky, in an actual restaurant, anywhere I can remember except for a really bad Chuck-e-Cheese a few years ago.

We will probably be staying at this hotel next season so I’ll at least look in here again because the food was good, but if the floor is anywhere near that dirty I’ll just turn away and go to the Mill or somewhere like that nearby.

I had a great experience! I started by asking for a mocktail menu (which they did not have) but the bartender was very friendly and offered to make one from scratch. It was great! My dinner was hot and flavorful and the portion was perfect for a “small plate”. The atmosphere was fun for a Thursday night but not too loud. I will return when staying at the Hershey Lodge.

Food was so delicious! They were very accommodating to seating our large party together that were booked as 2 separate reservations. Food came out fast and was very delicious. Kid friendly and very convenient if staying at Hershey Lodge. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast buffet. Been going here for years right before the park. Its a good buffet, lots of stuff to pick, basically what you would expect but a higher quality. Servers have always been pleasant, and it’s a nice place. The mini chocolate muffins are really good

We stopped by for a weekday breakfast and it was delicious. Our waitress was wonderful too. Prices are a bit high for what we ordered but you can’t beat the convenience of having it in the hotel. Lovely decor throughout the restaurant, too. Would love to come back to try the breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner. Would definitely recommend.

I paid $60 for two of these flatbreads and a goat cheese dip to go while staying at the lodge. We arrived right when they said it would be ready and took it back to the room. We opened the boxes to find cold flatbreads that looked like they just had toppings tossed in after cooking. Very disappointing

We were attending the Workforce Conference at Hershey Lodge and my coworker and I decided to stop here for dinner. We happily found out that between 4-6pm they offer 1/2 price on certain “small plates” so we decided to each try a few out and wrap up the leftovers. My favorite hands down was the beef brisket over potatoes with cheddar and pickled onions. That was delicious !! I also got the bruschetta which was pretty good. Lastly the flatbread pepperoni pizza, it was ok but I didnt expect much more as its a flatbread pepperoni pizza lol. Getting them all for around $9 each was definitely worth it! If we had gotten there after 6 and paid full price for the portions given I would have been disappointed! Especially with the flatbread. Our server was Tea, ( apologies if I spelled it wrong) she was attentive and personable.
