Really sick and tired of ordering from this location. Constantly messing up orders. My pizza wasn’t what I ordered at all. On top of that it wasn’t even cut up correctly so when you ripped it away it became mush. Logged into the app for the “insurance” and you have to literally drive back and bring them it. It’s BS. Don’t order at this location.

Terrible service. Screwed up our order, then yelled at me and told me it was my fault for having a weird order. Finally agreed to remake it, but he was very angry about it. Then the guy refused to look at or speak to me and I watched him yell at another employee to deal with me. What the hell is wrong with this guy? People like that shouldn’t be in front of customers, that’s how you get 1 star reviews and lose customers.

Ok, we love Dominos but EVERY time we order the SAME pizza, and request certain ingredients it NEVER comes as ordered. When we call about it, they just keep offering free pizzas. I do not want a free pizza, after wasting gas and making it all the way back home to my family. I would just like for them to make the pizza right the first damn time!

They need to stop hiring high school kids and hire real men with experience in making pizza . My pizzas barely had any and sauce and toppings on it . The pizza dough also tasted very thin. The 7 eleven that’s across the street has a better frozen pizza then the ones i received. Stop hiring teenagers who have no clue how to make pizza .

This is our fourth time ordering from this particular Dominoes on 17 in Haines City… absolutely NO complaints! It always arrives HOT and FRESH! Toppings are always on point and plenty of them! We steared away from Domino’s several years ago, the old location on 27 in HC left a lot to be desired! We took a chance at this new one and have never been disappointed!! Always perfect and !! I am disappointed in the fact that your restaurant has at least 10 people on staff when you walk in and the order still was not placed. I called 30 mins before arrival to place my order. 1 pizza 3 toppings. Pepperoni, sausage, ham. Get there they first can’t find the order. Then they say it’s only made with cheese. I mean come on it’s a Friday night I have worked all day and your job is to add toppings to a pizza and you forget the toppings. That’s simple yet agitating to get to a pizza joint and hear. This now I have to wait again for you to fix it. Heck no I would be an upset employer loosing like this
