Do not confuse this place with the one in Santa Ana, Ca. Like I did, I’ve been to Santa Ana many times. This one in Pomona, Ca. Is a small place but man, it is amazing!!!! The service is excellent the Birria speaks for itself. Fresh made tortillas, the Birria is Delicious. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat Birria. I highly recommend. I don’t go for Res Birria I only do Birria de Chivo. Anyone looking for Chivo Birria you need to come here you will not regret it!!! Just bring your beer on the side

Ordered quesadilla with biria to go. Biria is made with goat meat which is the original way it’s done. Sadly the quesadilla did not come with the broth (or Chile) associated with biria. I just got the goat . It was delicious and very tender. Next time I’ll be sure and ask for it.

I drive trucks and am in Pamona at least twice a month. Everytime I park I walk over to this place. Small in size but the taste is enormous. Hand made taco shells made fresh constantly. The birria is amazing and comes with extras to give it even more flavor. Prices are beyond fair for the quality and I promise you’ll become a regular. The birria tacos have small bits of bone in them but I don’t mind. Give the rice and beans a try as they are a hidden gem on the menu. If you primarily speak English don’t worry the staff does a great job at making sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. I’m a customer for life

Love this place. This is my go to place Birria. My grandfather is from Mex. and it’s hard to impress him with food because of my grandmother’s great cooking. But he loved theirs over hers !!! Must try when in Pomona and not to mention hand made tortillas!!!
