Good overall experience – chill atmosphere and yummy food. There is both a dining room and bar area for seating options indoors. There are several beers on tap if that is something you are into. Service could have been more friendly but we are up north so I guess that’s just part of being in this geographic area.

I had a great gluten free pizza. White pizza with sausage and mushrooms. The crust was so delicious. Our Savannah, was fantastic. Greeted us with a smile and made sure we were happy with our meal. Definitely a place to go back to.

Everything was great. But the highlights were the delicious white pizza and the amazing server at the bar – kind, attentive and overall happy ! I went a random day and I had a great experience so the day after I repeated. – if you are driving or passing by this area, stop and try this place.

They give you 2 pats of butter and a package of sour cream when you order a baked potato for pick up. I asked for another because i looked quickly in my bag and only saw 1. The waitress asked if i was sure- (while my food is cooling off and i still have to go home). Rather than give me 1 she said we charge for those and expected me to open the bag and remove containers of food to recheck. It’s $1.00 for one. I get take out from there 3- 6 days a week. I spend a minimum of $10 plus i give a tip every time i order. At minimum i spend $30 a week there and $120 a month. I dont like that the owners would have a regular customer stand around debating with wait staff about the amount of butter they received while their food gets cold, rather than just give them one. I have received only one butter in some past orders so it’s not like i haven’t actually paid for this additional butter a few times over. I don’t like places and people that nickel and dime like that. So instead of giving me a single pat of butter for $1 that MIGHT have been extra – they lost my business. I called and was told by waitstaff that the owner wants them to charge for extra butter- wondering if they bill like that for people eating at the restaurant. Either way, tonight was ridiculous

I just moved to the area about 1 minute down the road and decided to give this place a try. To be completely honest i didn’t expect much from a pub. Long story short, I’ve been eating here the last 5 days in a row. The food is really good. Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. Out of every day I’ve been eating here there has only been 1 thing I’m not completely impressed with and thats the clam chowder. Even though im not overly impressed with it, it still tastes good. Its just watery like a soup and not thick and creamy like a chowder. Everything else I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. I will post photos of all the things I ordered. I usually order a couple or a few things at a time when I first try a new place I’ve never been to. The staff is friendly. The establishment is clean. I really really enjoy this place. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Photos
1) clam chowder (watery, could use more clams)
2)steak tacos (so good! I’m a fan of authentic street tacos on corn tortillas and this is close enough to satisfy my craving for real street tacos)
3)Summer bliss salad ( I ordered this 2 days in a row. It’s so freaking good, great option for a meal on the healthier side.
4)Blueberry Brule cheese cake (if you’re a fan of blueberries and cheesecake, this is simply phenomenal
5)Burbon Steak tips with jasmine rice (The sauce for this dish is usually not good when ordered at a restaurant. Either too sweet or too watery. But this dish here at d & g’s, I can’t find a single complaint about it. Very impressed.
6) Crispy honey chicken pasta (This was ordered without a few items on the dish. So there is a slight variation of what’s on the menu.
7) Tuna wrap ( Good
8)Philly cheese steak hoagie
9)Mozzarella sticks
10)Wings
11) Steak rice bowl

I frequently go here as it’s the closest place to my route on the weekend there are several different dishes there that I enjoy having a variety of between the chicken parm dinner or the grinder occasionally a pizza the staff is usually kept on their toes with a busy atmosphere and there’s a nice separation between the dining area and the bar area

This is literally the best food in the surrounding 30 mile radius. I love D&G’s. After my divorce I came here a lot to grab a small pepperoni pizza and a pitcher of beer. Good times. I often wonder what kind of animal I was in my past life

People at the counter for pick up are rude. Did an online order, tipped online. Went to pick it up, picked it up, and the girl said “no tip” and scoffed as I was walking out. You would think they would know you can leave tips online. Absolutely rude and ridiculous. Haven’t gone back since.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I was feeling hungry and not in the mood to cook so I looked to try someplace new to me but relatively close. I ordered the loaded kettle chips and a chicken parm grinder. The chips were OK, some crispy, some not, but more due to the toppings than anything else. They came with a thousand island type sauce that I thought added nothing and even detracted. The chicken parm grinder was huge and very tasty. It was very well put together and very filling. The ladies running the front end were very pleasant and very efficient. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.3
