The assistant manager was super excellent, kind and professional. The entire team was wonderful, Mike took my order and they really made me a great pizza pie! That’s all that was left. Dominos is no longer pizza. Skimpy on the toppings, loaded with grease! Charged $5.00 delivery to deliver less than half a mile, round trip. I’m done! If you want grease in a box, this is your go to pizza place. Disgusting food! Far better places out there.

Ordered lite sauce. Got heavy sauce. Called within two minutes of the driver leaving. I was told that instead of making the person who wouldn’t eat it hungry, we had to send back the entirety of the order. They offered the helpful suggestion of not eating pizza and drive it the 20 minutes round trip instead to get a refund. One part of your order being wrong apparently necessitates giving up all of it for a partial refund.

I order from this Domino’s probably once a week and the delivery people are fantastic. The “management “ is a joke. I ordered last week an item that I didn’t receive so I called them and spoke to someone who completely threw the delivery driver under the bus (so unprofessional) and said he could bring it out since he messed up or they can add it to my account for a future order. I decided to go with add it to a future order. I placed an order yesterday and when the “manager” answered the phone you could already tell she hates her job. But I asked her if she could add it to my order and she looked up my account and stated there was not a note on my account and if I couldn’t give her the name of the manager I spoke to then I am then there is nothing she could do for me. I again explained to her that I paid for it last week and she did not listen nor care, talked over me and told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her what her name was and she told me legally she did not have to tell me and if I had a problem I could call 1800Dominos and the store # was 3117. After reading other reviews from this store I think her name is destiny. There is no customer service at this store period. I think they need to reconsider how they choose their management, it’s embarrassing honestly. I am more than happy to give another business my money. So Dominos is losing a customer that would place orders every week and tipped 20% every time over a $6 Parmesan bites. Way to go.

Just ordered a thin & crispy pizza with onions, tomatoes and spinach. Said on website 17 minute wait time. I was there in 20 minutes, I live 5 minutes from this location and 1st time ordering here. . . I picked up my pizza got home and the pizza was dried out and ice cold BUT the tomatoes and spinach wasn’t even cooked on it! Also the onions were left off???? Must have been an left over pizza DONT KNOW AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HETE AGAIN!!! DISGUSTING

Terrible experience! Don’t waste your time or money at this Dominos! I ordered pizza and something was bad, The peppers or something on the pizza tasted foul. I literally had to spit it out and throw the pizza away. I called and spoke to the manager , Destiny, who refused to replace the pizza. She said she couldn’t do anything for me! I like Domino’s Pizza but this store in particular gives them a very bad name. I’ve ordered from them a few times because I live very close by. Every time I order extra cheese I DO NOT get it. And I order extra cheese because they are so cheap on their cheese that you can see more sauce than cheese, and I was the same thing when I ordered extra cheese. Not to mention that one female in particular that calls herself the “manager” is extremely rude and incompetent and should not be manager. Not to mention that they have screwed up our order several times.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed order when leaving Christina softball fields. I don’t live near here but it was on the way and my granddaughter wanted pizza. We ordered 3 items. Received notice it was ready for curbside pick up. We arrived checked in and after 4 minutes someone comes out and says it’s going to be several more minutes one of your pizzas is in the oven and she went back inside the store. I only ordered one pizza. Approx 15 minutes later someone comes back out with our order. I inquired about why was I prompted to come pick up order if it wasn’t ready, he advised the pizza they made was not correct and they had to re do it. I said ok thanks. We arrive home and sit down at table to be find the pizza is correct but 1 of the other items is wrong. I called the location advised them of the issue. They offered for me to come pick up the correct item or receive a store credit. I advised I’m not near them nor do I live here, asked if they could refund the item to my card. I was told no, I’d have to bring the food back in order to receive refund. I have a picture of the items and my receipt showing what was ordered and that is not what we received. It didn’t matter, no refund. Guess what? I more Domino’s for me either! To the manager, really? It was $6! A lost customer and a negative review. Wow, is all I can say.

We have ordered several times from this Domino’s location and every time we have outstanding service! The person on the phone taking our order is always so polite and we usually speak to different people when we call. Then our delivery person is always speedy and gives wonderful service as well! We are so pleased with the customer service I could not help but write a review! Great job Domino’s you have hired great employees!
