Love Popeyes! I was away for many years. A few months ago I visited and was short on cash. The ppl there gave me an opportunity to try it again. I did. WoW, It was fantastic! I’ve been going back now nearly twice per week ever since. The staff has been fast and. friendly with my every visit. You don’t see that much anymore. This crew on Moody Prkwy are worth meeting! I can’t speak to other locations, but the taste of the chicken here is literally perfection! I will continue to visit regularly! Thank you for your excellent food, service and atmosphere. I’m so happy to be a customer again. Great job everyone!!!

I love Popeyes but this location is always out of something and it takes forever to get your food. Even when it’s not busy. Today, we had no ice for our drinks and the last several times they were out of other things. I understand things happen but it’s every time we go. Whoever manages this place needs to be attentive on stock and work on time frames when it’s supposed to be fast food.

The young man that waited on us in the drive through was amazing!! Service like that will make you come back again and again!! He was extremely polite, and made our expectations worth the drive to get food. In a time when nobody wants a job, just a paycheck, it is extremely refreshing to find someone who is not only chirfull and seems to want a job, but actually seems to enjoy what they do. If more restaurants had employees like him, dinning out wouldn’t be such a hassle!!! GOOD JOB YOUNG MAN!!!

This is the second time I’ve eaten here. On the first experience the wait time was about 20 minutes, the service was good, and the food was decent although they did forget my biscuit.
On this occasion, we had a 45 minute wait, this despite the fact that there were only 2 other customers in the store, and never more than 4 cars in the drive through. I ordered a spicy sandwich, and received a regular sandwich. When I asked for hot sauce, It took nearly 4 minutes to receive it, despite there being no other customers in the restaurant and 5 employees working. When I went to apply it, I noticed that there was a hair on my sandwich. I did not press this issue as I didn’t have another hour to wait on a mediocre chicken sandwich.
I also ordered a biscuit, and it had the flavor and consistency of a hocky puck. I know their biscuits have a reputation for being dry, but I could have chipped a tooth on it.

If you want fried chicken in Moody, go to Zaxby’s. Even Publix will get you fried chicken faster than this place. I mean no disrespect towards all Popeyes locations, I have had good results at another locations. But speaking as someone who worked in fast food restaurants for over two years, this was completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I’d rate it 0/5 stars if I could.

This was the most disrespectful customer service experience we have ever had. The staff was extremely rude, including the manager named Bri, who handled the situation in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.

The interaction began in the drive-through when we were greeted with, “What do we want?”—a very rude and inconsiderate way to address customers. We have never experienced anything like this before. When we arrived at the payment window, we were informed that the $6.00 deal had been discontinued, even though the advertisement was still clearly displayed on the window. We agreed to choose something else.

We then asked for two sauces and were told we would not receive them. We accepted that and were then instructed to pull forward to wait for our order. At that point, we politely asked if we could receive the two sauces as compensation for having to pull forward. The cashier responded rudely, and Manager Bri came to the window and stated that it was “our problem” and that we were “not going to get it.”

We pointed out that there were three other cars also pulled forward and explained that receiving two sauces with a family meal would be fair. She then told us to “drive down and it will be in the bag,” and slammed the window shut.

After that, we drove back through the line to request a refund, where we were met with even more rudeness and disrespect. The manager aggressively snatched the receipt, was breathing heavily, and slammed the window so hard that we thought it might break.

We frequent this location because we have a 9-year-old family member with autism who loves coming here. We usually visit when the male manager is working, as he consistently provides a professional, kind, and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, due to how we were treated during this visit, we had to leave disappointed and upset.

Appropriate steps will be taken to ensure this manager is held accountable for her behavior, as no customer should ever be treated this way.

I went to the Moody Location and the service was absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered food and after I paid, the drive thru guy had me pull up. After already waiting 10 minutes, he comes out and says it’ll be another 5 minutes. I was fine with that! I sat there for another 45 mins before I went inside. There were 4 workers in total! 1 cook with an AirPod in his ear, 1 lady who was in the back doing nothing, 1 lady on her phone and scrubbing the floors and 1 on drive thru and front counter and he had the absolute worst attitude. There were no kids/straws in the dining area and when my mom asked for a lid, he practically threw them at her. There was another customer in there that had already been waiting 20 minutes before he was told that they were out of Mac and cheese. That’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. As a former store manager, I would never allow my store to run the way that this Popeyes location did. I wish I could have gotten names

The spicy chicken was great as always. Very disappointed with the Red Beans and rice. (My favorite above all) and the managers statement. There was 95% rice and hardly any beans or juice. When asking the manager ( young man) if I could get some beans he stated NO, that is the way they are supposed to be, and said always had been. Which is NOT true. Both mine and my wife’s order of Red Beans and Rice was to dry to eat. Will not eat at Popeyes again.

The food was good…. when we got it an hour later. The cashier Jayden even kept reminding them about our food. Apparently one of the line prepper “bumbed” our food from the screen. An hour later we finally got our food sort of hot. Not once did the manager ever come out to apologize, give an explanation or offer a discount or incentive to come back whatsoever. To be fair, this was our 3rd vist and our FIRST bad experience. So if my next visit goes better I’ll update here.
