Domino’s on Boyette Rd in Riverview. Take a look at the Philly Cheese Steak stock photo when you place an order online – mouthwatering. Now take a look at what you actually get from this location. Order placed sometime around or after 6pm on 12-21-2025. There was only one thin slice of meat for the entire sandwich, some onions and green peppers, a half a slice of one mushroom and burnt cheese–nothing like the advertised photo. Paid for a Philly, received a bread sandwich with a tease of toppings. This portion control is utterly ridiculous. The last two photos on the plate are PUBLIX’s philly cheesesteak sub – what a difference with the portion. With Publix – you get what you are paying for. Who is managing this store? I would love to hear back from you. Customers should get what you are advertising and this is nothing like the the stock photo. Domino’s reached out to me and I sent them an email response – never heard back from them – so much for corrective action.

Waited over an hour for our food on an order that cost over $100 and when we received the food it was not only burnt but also cold. When we attempted to call and rectify the situation the person who answered told us we were wrong and the pizzas were made perfectly because she made them herself. After offering to come and swap our pizzas for fresh ones she said she would only replace one of the five pizzas ordered. When we eventually asked for a manager due to the lack of progress we were making she told us she was the manager and she no longer was going to deal with us and hung up the phone on us. I can not believe the poor service at this location, until they fix they’re unprofessional and disrespectful staff this store will continue to be the WORST around here.

They forgot about one of my pizzas, even though I was charged for it. The other had pepperoni, which I didn’t ask for. I didn’t notice and had to come back and go back and forth for a bit to get the issue corrected. The food was fine, but the service wasn’t particularly great. I will say, I should have checked before I left the first time but I just trusted. I know it was a box short, but I just thought things like this don’t happen often. Learned a lesson.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. I placed an order today and was very disappointed. I specifically requested the no-garlic crust option, but my pizza arrived with a heavy garlic crust instead. After looking forward to it all day, I couldn’t even enjoy the meal—it was not what I ordered and felt like an easy detail to get right. The mistake shows a lack of care and competence. Worse, I now have severe heartburn from the garlic I try to avoid, which ruined dinner entirely.

I’m giving a 5 because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. This is more for management to realize what is going on. I have NEVER had so many toppings on a pizza, so greasy it soaked through the boxes by delivery so much the boxes were wet on the outside. The Philly was slid, which I understand can happen but based on the insane amount of toppings on a thin crust it’s a given. It gave us a good laugh, but wow!!! Maybe check on your pizza makers and make sure they know how much of each item to put on. I called on the last one I ordered a few weeks ago because my chicken pizza had NO chicken and they gave a free one. So maybe they were making up for it? order of delivery and actual delivery was in a timely manner.

Ordered at 516 was given a delivery window of 74-84minutes. Food was finally delivered at 731, more than 30 minutes later than projected. The hamburger pizza had 2 slices that had no toppings at all. The pepperoni pizza was over cooked to the point the pepperoni is dry but the grease from the rest of it makes it look moist. When I try to resolve the issue using the app, it offered me 20% of a single item, when they ruined 2 pizzas and delivered 30 minutes late. Thanks but not thanks. Going back to Pappa John’s, atleast I get what I paid for there.

I ordered a medium sausage with jalapenos. There were a marginal amount of sausages. I also paid for extra cheese. The pizza had almost no cheese. It was not hot with melted cheese and ready to eat.
They delivered an equally horrible pepperoni pizza that was barren of cheese. I would not recommend getting your pizza here. It was horrible.

Horrifically rude service. These jerk little kids will answer the phone and say, “we’re closed” because they’re all in the back taking a break or doing whatever it is that they’re doing. Past couple times the order is never right or on time if the app says it’s ready. The employees response this final time was, “we just forgot.” Flys everywhere, nobody wearing gloves or masks, the pizza trays are ON THE FLOOR…Someone call the department of health because someone is going to get sick. I tried delivery from this location once…non existent. These kids seriously need to be tested for whatever it is that they’re taking. If you care about the health of your family and yourself, avoid this location at all costs. The management is non-existent and simply banking on volume over service, at the cost of everyone’s safety. There’s a Pizza Hut down the road or the West Shore Pizza. I give up on this location and hope the authorities get involved when someone gets hurt with these idiot kids preparing food for people to eat. Look at the pics. Where is everyone on a busy weekend night??? Must be 4:20 PM or something. Visit date 8/1/2021.
