I always order online and pay by card, including the tip. If i have a couple 1 dollar bills ill tip the driver extra if i can. Since I order online, I have never talked to anyone at the store, but the driver’s have always been friendly. The orders come quickly and arrive hot and correct. They have never got our order wrong over the course of a few years. I miss my NY pizza, but the XL Brooklyn Style with extra cheese and pepperoni from here isn’t horrible haha.

A obvious man trying to disguise his voice as a female told me after someone took my order and they called me back two times to tell me that all their food is bad and they’re walk in is empty and a whole bunch of otger irrelevance on why they been open if “all food is bad”. (What the guys said verbatim) and I just kept asking questions until I realized that it was just that they were 30 minutes still closed so he didn’t want to take my order or make it after the girl put it in so blew my phone up . What’s a waste of company time and money cuz I leave good reviews too and would probably be a repeat customer. 11:30 Tues Jun 20th. These employees should be reprimanded if that’s not true and the freezer/walk-in is in fact in full function.

Placing my order was fine as I called about 10-15 mins before closing I apologize but unfortunately no where else is open in dade city this late , I called and everything was fine as far as getting the pizza a couple minutes prior to closing, I paid in cash, as I wasn’t told I couldn’t on the phone , the cashier is ringing me out he then open a drawer to get my change, you can see it doesn’t have a cashier drawer in it what I am assuming was the “manager” then scoffed once told I needed my change and went to the back (it seemed like an inconvenience) he then walks back up front after the cashier came back with my change before I even got out the door the “manager” goes “only cards after 11:30 PM NO EXCEPTIONS”-rudely, I’ve never had an issue with this previously and even so if you don’t allow cash after a certain time and want to tell a team member something they clearly didn’t know next time DO IT IN PRIVATE. It was rude.

The only pizza joint that is open late so my shopping there has very little to do with this place making a better pizza than the many others to chose from. You get what you ordered, I do take out vs delivery. In fact not impressed with any of these type of restaurants and there are many local here. Ever curious what a real pizza should taste like head to I.R.B. and visit Pajanos. Not to take anything away from this place and the multitude of others around here . They serve a purpose like employ locals that come and go using assembly line method whereas old school same family owned and operated over 40 years, not possible if the product produced was not good. Employees are friendly and the cute little plagerized welcome blurted out when you enter the store prepares you for mechanically made pizza vs. Years of perfecting. Enough said

Terrible customer service. Delivery truck at 6 pm on a Friday boxed in my truck after they made me move it. If my food was done when the tracker said it was done. But they forgot the wings and had to sit my food down to get cold while the wings cooked. They didn’t even bother to say sorry. I’ve been at work since 7am and use the tracker to pick up dinner for a reason.
