Ordered from this location tonight and absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Im not sure what kind of clownage happened tonight but it feels like a big JOKE. The chicken was not edible and was RAW, ordered extra cheese and they put almost none. Ordered the stuffed pepperoni bread, and only one little piece of pepperoni ontop. Nothing stuffed inside not even cheese. Hair in the food. The list goes on. I have never in my life been so disturbed ordering from this company! So disappointed! Our order was vile. Not even worth going back and getting a replacement. I just hope we don’t end up with food poisoning from the little we ate.

Absolutely mind-boggling experience from tonight’s order. I received my pizza with a slice mysteriously missing – and when I called for an explanation (and obviously a refund), your employee Hailey assured me with the confidence of a sworn witness that she could “guarantee no one ate my pizza.”
Now, I’m no detective, but when there’s a whole slice missing from a pizza, my first instinct isn’t to think it vanished into thin air. I was expecting maybe “a slice fell during cutting” or some other logical explanation. But no – Hailey’s foolproof defense was her ironclad guarantee that nobody ate it.
Well, if nobody ate it, then WHAT happened to it? Did your delivery driver stop to do some impromptu charity work and feed the homeless? Did a hungry bird swoop down and snatch a slice when he pulled over to let his overheated car cool down from all that piping hot pizza steam? Did the slice achieve sentience and walk away? Did it get raptured?
To add insult to injury, when I asked for an actual explanation of where my missing slice went, Hailey hung up on me. Apparently, asking “what happened to the slice if no one ate it?” was too complex a philosophical question for your customer service department.
Needless to say, you’ve lost a customer. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere – preferably to a place where the pizza arrives with all its original slices intact, and where the staff can explain basic pizza physics.
The whole thing is just a freakin’ joke.

Our adult son had pizza delivered to our home, and it is the worst pizza we have ever had, and that includes cheap frozen pizza. No knock on door. Just sitting in the hot son. Our son did receive message it had arrived. Nauseating greasy mess!

Ordered the kids pizza for carry out, got someone else’s order. Dried out, must have been sitting for a while. Had onions and mushrooms. I called and told they’d replace it same day or another day. So I chose to get it another day being that it was already late and my kids were about to go to bed.
Fast forward to last night there was an event at the kids school so it was convenient to just get pizza for dinner. Ordered the pizza and the barely sliced it. It each piece was stuck together and we had to rip the pizza apart since we were in the car.

I ordered the $19.99 special, two medium pizzas, garlic parm bites and cinnamon twist. Only received one cinnamon twist in the container and the rest was the parm bites with cinnamon on them. Taste horrible. I called back and spoke with a female named Jamie who stated they no longer have cinnamon twist. So I guess they just made up something to give me ♀️

Dear dominos, no one wants to place their order with someone at a call center who’s not even in this country. Then have to be transfered to the actual store you were trying to call in the first place just to get a receipt for the order you had to place with a customer service representative 2 ocean’s away

The driver dropped our order off next to the garbage cans on the driveway. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, she simply “apologized” and said “she will let him know not to do that”. What a joke.

This place is slow for carry out phone orders . I don’t know it’s a thing with domino’s now but it’s very hard to order an over phone since it’s Bot speaking on the other side. Really Annoying & prefer to order my pizza some other store
