This Domino’s is very professional and friendly. Tonight, my order was delivered incorrectly. I contacted the store and the representative was very nice and told me she’d contact the driver to deliver the correct order. I received my corrected order in a very timely manner and it was right out the oven. No hassle and no concerns. Thank you for making it right and an easy process.

Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. I was watching the tracker and thought the delivery guy got lost so I went outside to find him…he was just hanging out by his car on the phone. We ordered the feta and spinach cheesy bread but we were sent the regular kind with NO sauce. Also our pizza looked like had been macerated. Completely smashed into the box and left to slide all over the incredibly thin crust when we ordered pan pizza. Just plain terrible.

If I could, I’d give this location half a star. Ordered from location at 7:00 Pm and after an hour received a message that pizza was delivered when it wasn’t. Called location back and was told driver would be here in twenty minutes. I gave them 40 before calling back, and was told they could deliver in 30 minutes. At that point two hours had passed and I decided to cancel order. The only thing that was fine was the fact that they went and canceled my order and processed a refund as per request while we were on the line. So I didn’t need to wait for that.

Not so sure why they use the app but apparently it doesn’t update as it should. My delivery time extended 25 30 minutes as I watched the driver at a hotel up the street. I then watched him pass my house and my app updated as delivered. I did not get my pizza. I called the store and was very polite, even said how understanding I am of certain situations and how grateful I am for delivery service. The caller just handed the phone off to the assistant manager, which I didn’t realize she was doing, so I was caught off guard. I explained nicely to him and he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Rude!

I ordered for delivery before store was closed I tipped 12 dollars being only 5 minutes from the store waited half an hours after store was closed called the entire time to confirm my order When I arrived at the store half an hour after closing time Not only was the delivery vehicle parked out front with the dominos light on and windows open but the door th the store was open and I spent 5 minutes yelling hello Before anyone came out to assist me Joseph then unkindly mumbled under his breath walked away from me back into the back leaving me alone in the front of store for 2 minutes before coming back to tell me the computer was frozen and then canceled my order and refunded it after I walked out I work 2 jobs I just wanted to eat I am beyond angry

Placed Order for $20.99 Special which consisted of 2 medium 3 topping pizzas order of bread twist and a 2 liter coke from Domino’s Pizza on Lantana Road. In all after i finished ordering my total came to $26.45 and had it delivered. I went inside and as sson as i opened up the first box the sausage extra cheese and extra sausage was over cooked and them when i went to second pizza almost perfect Chicken bacon with alfredo sauce and extra cheese was almost perfect if it weren’t for it having slim to no alfredo sauce. So I called and the young lady i spoke with offered a remake or a credit so i ended up choosing a remake and was left waiting and and the reamke never showed up! So much for Dominos guarantees . I sent message to corporate and have not heard back and I called store again at 8:45pm and no one ever picked up to acknowledge call or even place call on hold! This Domino’s went from being an customer oriented store to Poor Customer Service! I am not ordering from this store again!
