Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order for some pizzas, and later got a call letting me know they don’t have drivers available so the order would have to be picked up. No problem. Only when I came to pick it up, I found out that the bill is actually higher than the original with delivery fee and tip included, because now they started the order anew and without a coupon which can only be used in online delivery orders (???!). This was sneaky and not right. No solution offered from the cashier/manager girl, aside from one sad “sorry”. I paid for this because I had people already waiting for food, but it won’t happen again.

I ordered my pizza over the phone at this place. I received a message that the pizza would be ready in 8 minutes. I went 15 minutes later to make sure it would be ready. I was standing at the cash register for a while waiting for someone to help me. The young girl with long blonde hair asked me if I was going to pick up to order, I told her to pick up and said my name, she ignored me and continued her work. When I noticed that it didn’t exist in that place, I kindly asked the same girl if my order was ready or not? and she responded very rudely: I don’t know!!! as if I were talking about a trip to the moon or the planet Tuesday, and I wonder what stupid answer is that in the book of quality customer service. Hello. I was asking her about pizza ready yes or no? Is that so difficult? If you don’t know how to do your job, or you have no idea about customer service, get out, someone else needs your job more than you. No to customer abuse!!!! Be grateful!!!

It’s 1:30pm school holiday. It’s a very slow day for dominos. Oct 5th in Davie/Sunrise FL. Ordered carry out 40 min ago and they still didn’t make the pizza. They are not even serious. They are blaming each other, saying one person here but there are 2 people which should be enough. These crew are very irresponsible and don’t want to admit it.

Sadly I won’t be ordering from this location ever again, last night we ordered two pizzas and breaded chicken. The driver only arrived with one pizza and the chicken, she was very nice and didn’t know the order was incomplete said she would run and get it. I called the store to let then know we were missing a pizza and that sadly the thin crust that had arrived was cold, we don’t even live far from their location. I went on to say that by the time the driver came back with the second pizza that it would be cold too! So the girl over the phone who never provided her name said they would remake the whole order, that was nice of them and the right thing to do. Went to heat up one of the pizzas today to find a long hair baked into it, not sure if it was on purpose… because last when I called to tell them what was going on the girl who answered the phone wouldn’t give her name. When she answered I asked who I was speaking with, her answer was I don’t give out my name… I was like well never heard that one before. Your dealing with customer service how could you not say hello my name is and thank you for calling Domino’s how can I help you?! (Which is how all other Domino’s answer their phones) Not in any moment was I rude, my family didn’t need to eat at almost 11pm or have cold pizza arrive. The driver Tammy was awesome great customer service, she was a sweet heart and went above and beyond. Sadly this store needs some training..

HORRIBLE. I pre-ordered pizzas for Friday, June 2nd a whole week in advance not to mention I called the day before delivery and today 1-hour before delivery was supposed to be made and they STILL ARRIVED 45-MINS late. When I try to call the store I had to wait over 20-mins and no one picked up the phone!! I just called now because we have a 2nd order that is scheduled to be delivered at 5:30pm and I needed to update and give them the correct phone # to call when the driver arrives. The young girl who answered the phone told me I can’t update the phone number. I had to ask her if she can please write it down and give it to the person making the delivery. She said she won’t know who is delivering the food. COME ON!! You can tell she doesn’t give a cr@p! This place has HORRIBLE customer service go somewhere else.

Quality is good up to Dominos brand standards. I usually do pickup and it is a 50/50 change that the store will mark the order ready when it is still 10 minutes or more away from ready. Other than that great value.

Something is happening on this location. They are not answering the phone stating that they have technical difficulties while the robot says my pizza is out for delivery. I live literally 5 minutes away and its being over an hour an I have no idea where my order is. If you are short on personnel or are having logistics issues please let the customers know.

Ended up having to pick up our order 45 minutes kn because of president in the area and they were very nice the food was hot and since it took forever I said we would eat in the car so I was given plates and cups. However the brownies were burnt fully and we didn’t notice until we made it home.
