Reviews
I ordered a Fanceroni expecting what it used to be: a pizza completely covered edge-to-edge with pepperoni. Instead, it had noticeably less pepperoni and barely any cheese than a regular Hot-N-Ready or the ,$9.99 stuffed crust one available , which is not on the menu unless you walk in .
That feels like false advertising when the entire point of paying more is extra pepperoni.
What made it worse was management’s response. When I called to ask for accommodation, I was told I’d need to bring back 75% of the pizza to get a replacement. That’s pretty cheesy (no pun intended), considering the cost of gas and the inconvenience — especially when the issue was obvious and not subjective.
If the recipe has changed, that should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, don’t market it as something it’s no longer delivering. Sadly, this was my last Fanceroni unless it actually goes back to being covered in pepperoni like it used to be.
No diet soda or wheelchair access also.
