Went to this dominoes two days ago with vegan cheese I bought from a nearby Publix. I explained that I was allergic to diary and the manager said it was ok and baked the pizza. I go back today at 2:52 and so the same thing(bought the vegan cheese) and now the manager on shift rudely told me that they’re not allowed to do that. I explained that I came here two day’s ago and it wasn’t a problem. After I payed for it and came back with the cheese he’s giving back my money. Now I’ve been a supervisor for numerous food chains for over 10 years so I know B.S when I hear it. Who ever made it for me the first time needs to be FIRED if that’s the policy then. Your supposed to cater to all customer especially if it’s a food allergy. Dominoes will never get my money again.

I order food here and waited two hours for a driver to deliver my family cold pizza..I called at listen to the machine 45 minutes. I worked for Dominos years ago and even on a short staff day I would inform the customer how long delivery will take. Corporate if you need someone with heart to run the show please let me know I will come out of retirement.

Best location in this region. Phone calls are answered even on their busiest days. Lovely girl Ashley is very professional over the phone. Orders are made within the quoted time frame and check out is always made easy by a stellar young man named RaJunior. Any problems that required a mangers attention was resolved within a reasonable time by Alexis. He was very patient, attentive and accommodating. This is my go to Domino’s location hands down !!!!

Horrible customer service,I walked in the store to no type of greeting ,stood there me and my son waited,It took someone that didn’t look like me meaning “white” and as soon as they walked in they where greeted with a smile ask if they where to pick up or take out and I had been standing for over five minutes I’m 6ft 2″ tall hard to miss and with a child next to me, will not eat or support this place ever again and I will not eat there nor will the two football teams that I coach,we will take our almost daily business some place else.If y’all read this Domino’s pizza at the intersection of Miramar and Palm ave.

Two hours waiting for an order that never was received and the tracking showing being delivered. Bad service and customer service, is out of this world! The manager or supervisor need to learn how to deal with customers. She should be working at a warehouse dealing with boxes. Suggest not to order to them if don’t want to go through a bad moment or situation. Hope corporate reads all the comments are written on this. Need to make some serious changes on this store.
