This pizza place tries to do way too much at once: phone orders, online orders, in-person counter orders, and a drive-thru. The result? Complete overload and consistently terrible service.
Every time I’ve ordered—whether by phone, app, or drive-thru—wait times are ridiculous, staff seem overwhelmed, orders come out wrong or incomplete, and the whole experience feels messy and stressful. The place is understaffed for the volume they’re trying to handle, and it shows in every single interaction.
The delivery situation is even worse. Last month we waited over an hour past the promised time, only for them to eventually call and say “sorry, no driver available—you’ll have to come pick it up.” We ended up driving there ourselves after already wasting an evening waiting at home. That’s not delivery; that’s false advertising.
If they want to keep running efficiently, they need to either:
Hire way more staff to actually handle all these order channels, or Scale way back and focus only on delivery (or maybe just counter + delivery).
Right now they’re spreading themselves so thin that nothing works well. The pizza itself is decent when it finally arrives, but the headache isn’t worth it. I won’t be ordering again until they seriously improve.
Strongly recommend going somewhere else that actually respects your time.

Phone was dead when I left the establishment, so I can recall the gentleman’s name, I think it was David. He was the guy in the drive-through window. Phenomenal customer service. Friendly, great people-skills, no attitude & even let us know about offers on the website. We pulled into the parking lot, checked the website, ordered online & had our food ready in minutes with a discount (via the online offers)! First time at this location, but I’ll definitely be back! David (or whatever your name is – Lol) – YOU THE MAN!!!

Went about a week ago at night, I believe the store manager name is David? That served me, he is VERY HELPFUL, POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND VERY FAST! ive never seen a manager working the front and window he was literally doing everything and with a smile on his face! Don’t even waste your time trying to order here . As I’m ordering a cheese pizza the guy who answered the phone is gonna ask is “what you’re ordering a pizza? “ I said yes sir .. that’s what a cheese pizza is . It took literally 12 minutes for him to understand that once again I was just trying to order a cheese pizza. I asked for a manager and whoever it was who answered is just huffing and puffing on the phone because the first guy couldn’t do his job right. A 5 minute phone called turned into 25 minutes of just going no where . Whoever the lady was which I don’t even know if that was a manager was upset she had to do her job . I tried to just give me card number and I don’t know if they are all just slow but I repeated my card number I don’t even know how many times and they are gonna say that my account doesn’t have money. When I asked for them to repeat the number , they didn’t even have my card number right ! Completely unprofessional.
