I said to myself this was the last time, the last 3 times I have given Sonic a chance to redeem themselves. But disappointed yet again. And I can’t be totally mad at them cause they just got it all wrong and the receipt only proves that they just can’t understand. I would say that I have to lay some blame on myself because I didn’t pay closer attention to the order. Maybe mobile order would have been a little better.

So, this is the second time this has happened to me at this specific location. Never had this issue at other locations. I ordered a footlong chili cheese Coney and a medium mozzarella sticks. Got the mozzarella sticks right, but this does not look like a chili cheese coney. These are chili cheese tots put in a footlong chili cheese Coney container.

got here at 9:35pm didnt get my 2 drinks till almost 10:15 this is horrible pulled to the drive through the man in the drive through said someone else got it already i said yall never brought it out been at stall 11 for 20 mins he than stops talking so i left the night shift here sucks i rather the morning shift atleast they bring the drinks out. ALL THEY DOING IS PLAYING AROUND!!!

Food was awesome! Got the honey BBQ popcorn chicken with a banana shake and both were a great serving size and sooo tasty. The service was reasonably quick but some maintenance on the screens and parking lot could be done. Overall great 🙂

I ordered dinner for my family. 3 meals. The milkshake’s top was not put on all the way causing it to spill before it was in the car good. The car hop chuckled and walked away with an eyelash hanging from her left eye. When checking the food I noticed that the cheese wasn’t melted on any of the burgers because the meat wasn’t hot, just warm. I don’t recommend eating here they obviously have a problem putting things on right.

Normally have no issue here but yesterday they annoyed me. They claimed they were short staffed (which I can believe) but they I only know that b/c they informed another customer after we were looked over and not acknowledged at a drive thru window. Still without acknowledgement and a long wait the lady comes out and fully serves the vehicle behind us still not ever speaking to us. We were there a few minutes before that car. They weren’t even friendly when they did finally come to the window. I was just so glad to finally get my food I didn’t complain but when we pulled off all of my tater tots were cold. Like after I waited, shouldn’t the food at least be hot. 30 min plus for Fast food is kinda bad. Hot dogs were hot. Tots, not.

Ordered on app. Waiting 30min they wasn’t even busy maybe 5 cars. Got our order wrong missing items. Pull to drive thru 15 minute wait for a 6in hotdog. And the gave us a Chilli cheese tot instead of hot dog. Food was cold and absolutely trash not t single edible dependable fast food restaurant in our area
