Feb. 16 at ~9:40 marks the best Domingo’s pizza I’ve ever ordered
Ordered delivery to my house. Food was fast, driver was friendly and efficient, and behold..! the pizza was so fresh and hot. It’s exactly how I wanted it. It’s some kind of permutation on Hawaiian, and yes I like pineapple on my pizza.
Also they remembered my beloved packets; can’t forget the packets. Sorry I ate so much before taking a picture I was too excited.

Incompetent young lady working by herself on 12/28/25 1:16 pm. I went in with my “Slice the Price card” (fundraiser card used for buying one pizza and getting 2nd free) and mind you, there was a sign right in their counter advertising the fundraiser card and the young lady knew nothing about it and charged me regular price $50.56 when it should have been $34.59. She went ahead and with rudeness and an attitude she automatically cancelled my order and told me to leave and go back to my car only because she failed to correct or adjust my charges and failed to honor my fundraising card. I’ll be checking my credit card account and hope she really gave me the credit. If not, I will be following up with another review and contacting my credit card bank.

I went to Domino’s to pick up some Cheesesteak Tots, but instead they gave me a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. When I went back to fix the mistake, the lady with glasses was extremely rude about it — like I was the problem for wanting the item I actually ordered. On top of that, when I asked for a fork, she told me they didn’t have any, even though they were literally right there in front of me. Really poor customer service and attitude. Definitely not coming back to this location. The old lady with glasses made me feel like minority after I request for the fork. Crazy thing is that I came back and they gave me a fork….

I have order 3 times in 9 days my order has been wrong all three times. I have had to be given a credit if the pizza is not burnt there is no extra cheese. Then I call the store to make sure the order is correct guy answers the phone saying we do not burn pizza and if you put it in correctly it will be made that way. Very rude and unprofessional. A general manager really needs to take a look at this store.

I will never come back here on a Monday after work I order a bbq pizza I go and pick it up and when I get home it has no sauce I come back and call and say they made my order wrong and he tells me to come back and pick up the pizza when I go he gives me another pizza without sauce again. I don’t know if he did it on purpose but it was very ugly I will never come back and I recommend everyone not to go because on a Monday after work they do this to you twice

This place has a bad customer service they are keeping the phone for 18 minutes and 37 seconds withuot answering the phone. I came to the place and the lady just said we under staff and they ledt the phone hanging so that’s the answer that I have very unprofessional. Shame for the owner should be do better that way he can get more employees cheap.

Placed an order for delivery half of my pizza barely had any cheese. I called in to have my pizza remade & was placed on hold. While an employee went to go get a manger the phone “disconnected” I immediately called back and the manger answered he was very short breath rushing to get off the phone. He did not take ownership in his employees/cooks fault, he did not apologize for the inconvenience. I asked for the order to be remade and delivered. Manager said it’ll take an hour assuming I was not placed as a priority.
