I used a gift card here I ordered a hot chocolate with soy milk Luke warm… the girl had to remake it 3 times to get it right. Do better dude! Will not be returning and I will dispute this.

When i arrived the Barista said she had to remake my drink? It had no whip cream and tasted like sour milk and left awful taste in your mouth. Very disappointed i ended up putting it down the drain.

I travel all over the country for work. There is not another Starbucks that is more consistent in their quality of production nor the quality of their employees and overall friendliness. This location has always been the most friendly and always clean! I always look forward to my experience here. I’ve watched people walk in and lose their minds because they are out of something or took longer than the person had hoped. I’ve never seen the staff or management shaken up dealing with spoiled rude customers! Phenomenal job to this staff and management!

Im not one for bad reviews. Our 7 yr old had to use the restroom pretty bad. According to Starbucks if your not a customer and purchasing an item you are not allowed to use their restroom. Absolutely terrible. So my husband had to go to Wendy’s across the way instead.

I’m done with this location. Last 3 times it’s just been awful. It can’t be that hard to make a caramel macchiato but somehow they manage to mess it up. I don’t know if they have new people in there or what. Do yourself a favor and make your coffee at home.

I’m at this Starbucks almost every morning. I order the same drink and when I have my 2-year old with me, I get him a breakfast sandwich. My drink is wrong 3/4 times a week. Either milk substitutions are not correct, or ingredients (specifically cinnamon powder) are left out. The sandwich is ALWAYS cold in the middle. Like, borderline still frozen. Service is slow. Staff is typically nice but makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for something to be correct. At $6-$8/drink, I’d think it’d be okay to ask for the correct item. When going through the drive thru, the barista is more concerned with taking your order quick instead of getting the order right. Very frustrating.

I have been coming to this star bucks for years to have coffee ☕️ while I edit my YouTube videos and films and do my live streams also for my channel . The parking ️ lot is big so you will have no problem finding a spot . They also have a drive through and I did the bathrooms are very very clean . The staff are very nice people and very helpful . Very professional and polite
I did say sorry to them when I was a little loud one day and for thst I am sorry . I would highly recommend this place if you love ❤️ coffee and it’s at a great location . There is a Walmart near it and a gas ⛽️ station near by and plenty of other places to eat
