I always use this location to order my pizza and it was always good till tonight I order carry-on and on my way to the store I’ll get notification saying order canceled but anyway, I was near the store and I went to the store anyway, and I saw the light is off only the back light is on and employee working. I try to knock on the door. He didn’t answer me. I tried to call when I call him went inside and then he walked out outside and I looked at me and didn’t answer that phone. Then I went to take a picture of the time that was busted on the glass and a picture of him working and then he saw me doing that he stepped outside and he was like Cary on closes at 10 only delivery after them. I was like that’s not true. I always been here and I always order Cary on after 10 he was how is it and you can deal with it and he called the door and went inside. I drove to the other location across the street and they were open and they say our Cary on our will delivery is till midnight and all location are same and one of the guys working in 101 natural Walk Parkway, San Augustine, FL 32092 and told me he will tell the GM of of the guy was working in this location. and I hope the management see this review and deal with it.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery. The driver gave me a cold medium pepperoni and when I pointed out that’s not what I paid for he said “sorry it’s been a long day” and walked away. Zero explanation. I called the store to ask for a refund and to speak with a manager or owner and they said to call at the end of the week. Avoid at all costs.
Earlier this week I called and asked for a refund after they delivered a medium pizza when I ordered and was charged for a large. They said to call back later in the week. I called today and they said they can’t give a refund now and I did not get my money back. The response I got was “I just work here” and to talk to my bank.

Update 4 months later: STILL just as bad. Don’t believe the new recent review about better under new management. Online in store pickup said 45 min, took a hour and a half. Didn’t start it til I got there to pick it up. The dough was hollow air, I threw it out (see pic). Bizarre! So many people were there to pickup and nothing was ready.
New to the area and this is by far such a disappointing location. It’s never ready on time or correct. The pizza is never cut all the way through and the chicken wings are tiny with no sauce. The last three orders in two months have all had similar issues. A few weeks back my hand tossed pizza had no crust and wasn’t cut again. I miss my old neighborhoods location.

Waited for more than an hour and got cheap quality pizza. It was cold, hard, few slides of topping. Totally disappointed.

I called to ask for the refund due to the terrible food they prepared. They didn’t ask any questions nor cared about feedback I wanted to give to improve their service. They just said they will process the refund and hung up the phone without a care for quality of food they provided. Terrible business do not buy here. They simply thought they could send out fully burnt food and few pieces of pasta half empty bowl lol.

The manager is a liar. She told me my order was on the was at 9:30 and that the delivery driver only had my delivery. On the tracker they were delivering on US 1, which is far from my house. She said the tracker was wrong but it only takes 20 minutes to get to my house from the dominos on 210 and there is no traffic. She blatantly lied and then laughed about it when I called back, cancelled and called her a liar. This Dominos is terrible anyways. I won’t order from there again!

I order from here frequently but this time it took 2 and half hours for our pizza and it was cold when it arrived. None of our sauces were included. I called and asked for a manager and a little girl got on the phone and refused to tell me her name. I asked 6 times what her name was and she kept talking to me in a smartass/sarcastic tone telling me wait times were 3 hours. I told her that wasn’t my problem but the fact I have cold food and the entire order wasn’t delivered is the problem. She still made me the problem. Big mistake on her part!you will never get a recommendation from me or anyone in my business.

I have been a long timer ordering at this location and had the worst experience today. After waiting for 1hr 40 mins , I was told its not a big deal that its over an hour and people are waiting for 3-5hrs. All while the app showed it was to be delivered in 40 mins. Added to that they turned off the location tracking on delivery so you have no way to know. Then she went on to say I can cancel and once I asked her to cancel told me never to order again. I called up again to find out who the rude lady was and was told it was the GM of this location. For sure never ordering here ever again.

I ordered an XL meatzza and got this half eaten garbage that appears to have sat on the counter or in the delivery guys trunk all day. The Philly cheese steak sandwich has hardly any steak on it. When I tried to call the store I was transferred to a call center twice. Disconnected twice. When I finally spoke to store manager “Nolan” he seemed like he wasn’t even listening to me then instead of apologizing for serving me trash, he asked if I wanted him to remake it. I don’t think you can remake something you didn’t actually make for the customer in the first place. This is not a meat pizza… I again tried to explain the error and he did not even reply. I really think he sat the phone down and walked away. I finally asked for a refund since I don’t want my food spit in, I could tell he was frustrated with me by this point. I was frustrated with him because he clearly wasn’t interested in my family’s dinner. This was part of a $66 order. The 2 medium pizzas and the pasta were fine and you can’t mess up a 2 liter of coke. I would not be posting this if Nolan would have had the slightest bit of empathy. A little professionalism goes a long way. Take responsibility for your actions and make it right for your next customer.

Some staff are very rude and delivery takes 1.5 hours. I called to check on my pizzas the rude employee was taking about “you just have to wait for your pizza, I have no time to check for all the deliveries right now.” Train your employees some basic customer service. They don’t need to be rude!!!
