Very dissatisfied, as a pervious employee of this exact location I understand that mistakes do happen. But I ordered through the app a Pepperoni, Light bacon, Well done large pizza. Seeing as I work across the street making this place very convenient for me. I ordered my food ahead of time because I only have 30 mins for lunch. When mistakes like this happen as a customer I don’t have time to return because I’m required to be back for my shift. I called and spoke with an in store rep, she claims she gave me a credit although I have no way of proving this is true. As well, there was no mentioning of a manager. Not claiming to be one herself so how can I fully entrust that my credit is legitimate. I truly hope I don’t run into an issue when I return back to the store.

We buy pizza from this Dominos shop at 806 Oglethorpe Hwy in Hinesville nearly every week for Liberty Tire Pros, and it’s ALWAYS Great! The staff there are good to deal with and our crew loves the Pizza. I have it delivered to my home from time to time and the Pizza’s always hot and ontime, and the delivery folks are always courteous!

Spent $50 on pizza tonight, when my grand father got home where I live 25 mins away from Doninos we noticed one of our pizzas was wrong. When I called to see if they would deliver my correct pizza the woman said I would have to pay the delivery charge; which was fine with me as I was not getting back out the house. Then apparently the manager got on the phone and told me I needed to bring that pizza if I wanted a new one. This isn’t right. I would have gladly sent the pizza back with the delivery driver but wasn’t even given that option. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

I have ordered from this dominos tonight the 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 each one pep and sausage and 1 pep and bacon they put anchovies on one of my pizzas so my gielfriend called and talked to the some girl who said she was the maqnager my girlfriend told her about the the mistqake and the manager got rude and tried to say it wqas my fault so we will no longer be ordering from this dominoes qnd i will call the corporate hot linee and make a complaint i would not advice any one to order from here

I placed an online order at 3:56pm for delivery around 6pm. According to the tracker my order was out of the oven since 5:39. I called the store around 6:15 to inquire about the status of my order. The young guy advised that they were backed up but assured me that my order was next up for delivery. After waiting for an additional 30 minutes, I placed another call to the store at 6:45pm. My call kept being put on hold. After 3 attempts, I called from my son’s phone and somehow I was magically speaking to someone immediately. I advised that it was going on 3hrs since I placed my order and requested to cancel and refund. The young lady Destiny was very combative. She kept talking over me and said “well ma’am we only have 3 drivers”. What does that have to do with me as a consumer? Put yourself in my shoes, I was waiting for going on 3hrs, and my phone call was deliberately being avoided. I placed the order 2hrs in advance to avoid this!! With an attitude she advised that she would cancel my order and refund my card. I have patronized this location for years and this experience was disappointing to say the least. I completely understand that they were short staffed, how about call the customer and update them. I would have even been willing to pick it up myself.
