For the second time I ordered late at night. Watched in the tracker as my food sat in “Quality Check” for 20 mins before leaving the shop. Upon delivery the product was over cooked, barely had cheese, the cheese there was, was mostly congealed, and fried onto the paper at the bottom of the box, barely sauced and sub standard. The night shift is horrendous not sure about the day shift. Tried to speak with the general manager for the next 4 days. He doesn’t come into the store ever apparently. Called into the franchise office was told they never come into that office it’s just a receptionist. This is hands down the worst Domino’s I have encountered. Do not waste your money

I placed a delivery order told it would be 45 minutes. I waited an hour and 10 minutes so I called the store to check on my delivery. Only to be informed my order had been cancelled. I said my order was cancelled and nobody was going to inform me of my cancelled order so I’ve been waiting all this time for nothing. He said yes ma’am but you can put it in for pick up. No thank you. I will never spend a penny at this unprofessional store.

I was able to order ahead through app for 20 medium pizzas for a party to be delivered before 4pm. My bank rejected the transaction. I was so busy I didn’t realize they were calling me to get the payment. Around 3:30 the delivery guy showed up at my doorstep and had my 20pizzas in the car, he called his manager so he could take my payment over the phone. Honestly when he said my bank rejected my payment I thought they canceled my order and about started to panic but he reassured me he had my pizzas! 10/10 would recommend!!! Thanks for being so kind and on time!

Wish I could give a 0 review. What a horrible experience by phone. Called to place a delivery order, took like 30 mins on the phone got disconnected and when called again the person that took the order took a long time to get the order because was distracted during the call. After the pizza not showing up and a bad feeling about the order I called, first time again placed on long hold never answered again called only to find out they had gotten the wrong address and the order was cancelled and I was never called or notified. What bad customer service. When I asked for him name and the managers name he proceeded to refuse to give me his name and said he was the manager and that he does not give his name out. What???

I don’t have a review to give about pizzas today….why? Well, I’m glad you asked. I arrived prior to 10:30 a.m., the opening time of the store this morning, only to find lights out, doors locked. The delivery driver for Domino’s was outside waiting just as I was, for someone to show up to open the store. I needed 7 pizzas by 11 a.m. – sadly, I didn’t make the deadline for the party we were having due to Domino’s failing to open on time. I waited a few minutes after 10:30 and STILL no one had showed up to open. Wow…how does this happen? Area manager Nick? You were called by the driver who had showed up on time and was waiting! When the delivery driver is the most responsible employee on the schedule, how sad, sad, sad. At 10:40 I had no choice but to leave to give my business to the place that opened on time- Little Caesar’s… — I know, everyone knows a poor substitute; however, I got pizzas. Domino’s you should be ashamed. Domino’s will one day get past ‘kids’ being hired to do what managers are hired to do. Domino’s will one day realize that ‘kids’ will be loyal only to themselves – not to their job. Domino’s will one day step up and hire ‘true managers’ who take their responsibilities seriously. Hire a kid, you get what a kid does….. or doesn’t do. We found that out this morning…. Nick? Domino’s higher-ups? Is anybody listening?

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Domino’s. I’ve been a long time Domino’s customer and have accumulated several free pizza’s from their point system. I order a two pizza’s (delivery) for my daughters birthday and two hours later I called to check on the pizza. They told me it would be another 45min because they only had one driver. I then asked if I came and got it what time would it be. They then told me it would still be 45min. Again I’m taking my long-term business elsewhere.

First time ordering from the new Domino’s. I gave my order online was little early arriving there so I sat down inside and waited. Was a nice atmosphere inside as the employees prepared the pizzas , took orders etc. I was surprised when the employee came out and had my pizzas read. Very fast service. The pizza was good but it could have used a little more sauce. But overall it was a very good pizza.

I made an online order with this store, online wouldn’t allow me to put in a time, so I called the number provided at 3pm, to make sure it was the correct location, I asked the cashier to confirm. He confirmed it and asked me to put in the order so he could manually change it to be delivered at 6:45 like I needed. I sent it in, he said he changed it to 6:45pm delivery. I had an extremely negative experience with that location that I won’t go into. When I finally received this locations contacts, the order was already at our door at 3:38 and not sent at the time I requested it to be changed to (Which wasn’t their fault). They were kind and said they would take it back and give fresh pizza for delivery at 6:45. I I asked if we needed to redo the order but he said he would do it manually from the one that was sent. However, it was never delivered at 6:45. I called and they had never changed anything from my last phone call. I explained the situation to the cashier again and he said it was going to take 45min to make and deliver my order, which only took them 25min thankfully and didn’t charge me. I do wish whoever I spoke to previously would have done what he said he did, that was very unprofessional.

This place can’t even make a pizza right. Don’t even waste your time with this store. Every single time I ordered this year, I’ve gotten a freebie because something was wrong, ranging from missing or incorrect items to an oven-baked dipping bowl that was so burnt the sauce evaporated and the cheese was crusted onto the aluminum. I cashed in my most recent free pizza, and it doesn’t even have the buttery garlic crust Domino’s is famous for. Pretty sure I could run a better business selling frozen grocery store pizzas out of my house.

Order from here a good bit. Got cold pizza and only toppings on one half of the pizza. Rachel ( the one who made it) tried to blame the delivery driver. Hate to break it to you, but these are baked in. There’s no way this was the drivers fault. Toppings just don’t jump off one side on to the other. Really????
