I haven’t been here post covid. Happy to say that it’s still as delicious. The clam chowder was very good and my shrimp was delicious.

I gave them a 3 score coz they don’t offer a bib to me when I devoured and cracking the crab and it squirted to my shirt. Stained my shirt. The seasoning they use is delish. Opt for the mild. It has a kick but not burned your mouth. Food taste good it’s just pricey. We did option #2 and it cost us 106 dollars for 2 .

Ordered a #3 Combo. Consisted of 1.25lbs of King crab legs, 1 lb of Shrimp, and 1 lb of crawfish. 2 pieces of corn, 2 half potatoes (which is technically 1), and 4 pieces of sausage (small). The “Everything sauce was ok. My biggest issue was the skimpy amount of corn, potatoes, and sausage. For $80 you should at least get a bit more than 1 potato, half a corn, and half a sausage…maybe that’s just me. Music was cool though. So yea, if you need to satisfy your seafood craving bad The Crack Shack will do…all things considered.

I order two lbs of crawfish to go with sauce in the side and I was not please with the food, crawfish over cooked so when you try to crack it open it just mash out like potatoes. I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was unhelpful, which already left a bad impression. On top of that, my little one spotted a roach inside the facility — completely unacceptable for a place of business. Cleanliness and customer care clearly aren’t a priority here, and I will not be returning.

We had the fried fish, fried shrimp and oysters. They were pretty. Seasoned well for fish and shrimp. Feels like a fast food place but food is better.

We fell in love with Louisiana-style seafood at Crab Hut in San Diego. Ever since we moved to Redondo Beach, we’ve been on the hunt for a good place. We thought we found it at Crab Shack, and tried it in both Carson and Gardena. Unfortunately, the shrimps and mussels were mushy in Carson, and all the clams went bad in Gardena, as you can see in the picture. We had to throw away 2 lbs of clams – what a waste of money. We won’t be returning to any Crab Shack location.
